Because of the venue and the type of event is my guess. They ask the wrestlers to leave the mat and the timing of the anthem isn't conducive to having all the teams and their wrestlers out there. My guess is the wrestlers, unless up right away, stop what they are doing and respect the anthem. And that was my experience when I use to help coach our national team at Fargo.

I couldn't care less if they are R v D, you made a statement, and I asked you to prove your statement that those policies, or made-up policies, made someone poor, kept someone poor, or limited them from bettering themselves....as usual, you can't! babble babble babble.......

I find it extremely weird that a pregame routine wouldn't include being on the court/field/mat for the national anthem. As for teams that aren't on the court for the national anthem, whatever I guess...I wouldn't have noticed seeing as I don't pay that much attention to womans basketball...well basketball in general I guess. Again I just find it weird that a coach would have a pregame routine that doesn't include being part of the national anthem. As for the governor, sounds like he is a strong believer that athletes who receive state funding should be on the court and standing for the national anthem. Guess that is on Louisianans, anas, in...or whatever they are called, to decide. I do like the way they talk and their food though...

Agreed! One of the worst things that can happen to a child! Feel so bad for Nex...so sad. But like you extremely angry about what led up to her death. -
I am going to use your schtick for "discussion", please tell us how the policies you listed, again some are just made up, limit upward mobility and opportunities and/or punish people for being poor??

Wow do you like to babble and never address anything other than semantics...you are attacking the idea that CEO's have risk versus the overall topic that was being discussed....so again, why do you hate big corporations and their CEO's and executives?? Why do you think they hoard their money? What do you have against big profits and a successful company that employs thousands and thousands of people?? Do you not want people to have jobs? Do you want everyone to be paid exactly the same no matter what they contribute? Maybe there could be a back and forth and exchange of ideas and opinions if you just for once actually address the topic at hand versus the semantics/psycho babble you spew and blame others for doing the very thing you do. -

This has got to be the dumbest thing I have read on the internet in a LONG time. Again, do you actually believe the things you write?? -
Was awesome watching her turn around and drive away!! And yes, Trump was invited. Funny how people on here are arguing against support for a fallen hero...absolutely pathetic. Hope none of you idiots ever need a cop.

How in the heck did those things, which most are over-reactions and untrue, make someone poor and stay poor?? Please show us your incredible intellect, common sense, and logic.

Not sure how this turned into R vs D again, but what is hilarious is that the OP is so scared of a book...how mentally weak do you have to be to be that afraid of a book. And aren't these the type of people that scream against and yell about "book bans"?? Hypocrisy at it's finest! -

Interesting how different states do things differently. I am surprised that WA doesn't have income tax...wish where I lived there wasn't any. And I could go on and on about capital gains but will save that for a different time...oh and the estate tax. -
Why oh why do "news" sites do this?!?! Take a tragedy and turn it into a political thing...so nauseating!! This is some sever partisan b.s. and using the poor victims of the bridge collapse as a way to push a political agenda and bash Trump. How and why grown "adults" think they are doing "good" by using the tragedy as a way to address the boarder issue is beyond comprehension. Oh and TDS is real my friends. By the way this is the lead story on their webpage...at least it was when I was on it. The true face of immigration | CNN Politics

Finally someone does something about squatters
Bigbrog replied to mspart's topic in Non Wrestling Topics
Can't believe that this is even a thing...how does someone rationalize it in their head that it is totally fine for people to come into someone else's property and then claim it as their own?? Not to even mention having laws that protect the people that do it...crazy! -

First bold: How would someone take RV's post as other then for some reason they dislike rich people when all they do is regurgitate the negative troupes about them. Second bold: Because they run the company and take on all the risk. If you want to make more money as a worker, work harder for a better position, change careers if needed, get more education, do something for yourself. Some act as if every single CEO/Executive do absolutely nothing or have done nothing to get to where they are. Even if someone was just "given" an executive position they would still have to know how to do it otherwise they would get booted by the board. Are there bad apples and terrible CEO's/Executives....of course! But to just blanketly bash these people because they make a lot of money is ridiculous. And this crazy believe that they "hoard their money" and don't give enough away to help others is asinine. What are they supposed to do spend/give as much of their money away that they have to live month to month? I would respect people like you and RV if you just blatantly said what you truly feel, ie., 100% distribution of wealth no matter what someone brings to the table. -
We Could EASILY Fix Inflation Without Raising Rates
Bigbrog replied to red viking's topic in Non Wrestling Topics
Totally could be on board with that. I agree there is a ton of waste in all of government including the military...God knows my brother told me about it all the time. I am in process improvement and would love to be let loose in a government agency...but reality it isn't hard to find the waste to cut but rather the people change management is what is so difficult. -

Man you have a skewed way of looking at things. The only thing you said that is remotely true is that there are tax shelters and loopholes. While I don't always agree with them, some of them are there for a reason. The rest of what you said is just wackadoodle stuff. You do realize that without the business the wealthy people run wouldn't have jobs, right?!?! So middle class get all THEIR money from the wealthy. And the idea that the rich "hoard it" is as ridiculous as it comes. I love asking these questions to people like you that just blanketly hate people who have more money than them. How much money do you think company CEO's should make? Do you know what it takes to build up a company and run one? What have the big bad "rich" people done to you to hate them so much? By the way...you do realize the big bad rich R's are the biggest philanthropists out there, right?! -

This is essentially how my brain thinks about taxes. I just don't understand why it isn't the same % for everyone....people that don't make as much don't pay as much...people that make more pay more. -
It is amazing how people can seem to turn any word into something "bad"...must be frightening to wake up every day.

Despite surprisingly not disagreeing with the majority, not all, of what you suggest, I am curious @ThreePointTakedown why do you think the estate tax should increase? -

6-1/7-2/or whatever win against guys who absolutely destroy the rest of the field is considered domination...and watching the matches there was never a doubt who was going to win.
