Hey Intermat Forum Folks, I was able to answer my own questions. Tarleton is still active and trying to fundraise. I will be buying a shirt to help out during this time, I know I am a fan of all programs (especially D1) as are others, so I figured these updates would be welcome!

It’s a badass nickname even if they gave it to themselves.

Aren’t they suppose to be creating a D1 team? I feel like I heard about coaches getting hire and haven’t heard anything else. I don’t have twitter or instagram, is there any updates I’ve missed?

Why not have one Pan Am “championship”/ “games” / “qualifiers” every 12 months. Depending on the year it the name can change. Qualifier for Olympic year, games ever 4 years off cycle, and championships the other 2 year per quad. This year there are 3 official Pan Am wrestling tournaments?? So weird

This could be the last chance ever for you to try, might as well come up with a number you’re willing to spend and then don’t exceed that. I will try to go but I have no idea the pricing to expect.

They broke a rule, everyone agrees with that. The real issue is 1.) should it be a rule, 2.) should the punishment be so harsh, and now 3.) were civil liberties disregarded.

When I was in school we had meetings at the beginning of each year about compliance- not accepting money for our likeness (has changed), no gambling, social media rules, etc. every college athlete knows what’s expected of them regardless if they attended the meeting.

I like listening to Dresser talk, if they had a warrant for the phone I’m not sure they have much ground to stand on arguing that they were taken. I’m not a lawyer and just don’t understand what was mishandled.

The coach doesn’t seem to punch him, something happened but I need some context to tell what’s going on tbh.

Purdue has the worst luck with high caliber Hwt Recruits and them not lasting for one reason or another….

Is everyone under 40 automatically incapable of having an opinion that you respect? I admitted my ignorance to the topic and didn’t dispute or continue to argue. I had an opinion and state it, learned more from others useful contribution, and now I’m better off for it. Don’t be bitter, everything is fine old man.

100% a contender. The good thing about him is that if he’s not an AA this year he has 3 more shots. Purdue and Tony Ersland were screwed out of some solid NCAA results the Covid year. They are going to get theirs and do great things moving forward, I foresee a long streak of years with and AA. #AlwaysAggressive
