    I always catch the replayed hours after. Sometimes I wish I was in there live to interact with chat but it’s no big deal. The Hate-boner this place has for Flo is insane. That criticize everything like these fat lazy lards could do any better. They attack CP when CP is charismatic and passionate about the sport WE ALL LOVE. Constructive criticism is okay, bitching and whining is just addressing issues without offering a solution.

    Flo having duals is good for the sport, you know where to find it and how to watch. If you don’t want to pay that’s on you. I don’t pay for ESPN+ because I dont want another subscription, but I don’t bitch about them putting things behind a paywall. Blame the PAC-12, not flo helping the sport.

    Nasir Bailey and Stephen Little being freshman makes me hype for Little Rock. So encouraging for a new program to have success. It shows that with buy in and the right folks wrestling at the D1 NCAA level doesn’t take forever to become relevant.

    I was referring to club programs, not NCAA programs. the NWCA has done a lot for this sport, all anyone on this forum does is bitch and moan….. it’s not snake oil at best when they are growing the sport and getting schools to add programs.

    Yeah we would have to add one in the middle-ish area. I just like the idea of bumping up 197 closer to 97kg(213) and then going right to upper weight. The NCWA has a 235 weight class between 197 and HWT that has been around though so it must work out fairly well.

    200 and 215 is crazy. Changes to your top half 174 —-> 180 186 —->195 200 —-> remove 215—-> 213 MaxUltraWeight—-> 300

    I think the NCWA growing could really help with this. Club programs could grow to be more and more respect and maybe eventually could be seen on par with D2/D3/JUCO/NAIA in that its “real” college wrestling, it’s also not about athletic directors who only care about football to determine their fate. The more I learn about the NWCA the more I’d like wrestling to somehow be self governed.

    This is why I think it’s so important to have D1 programs at all the ivies (6/8 currently) service academies, and other prestigious schools. Even if they aren’t great our HS athletes need the opportunity it compete in college at elite institutions. Imagine a wrestler who’s dream is to go to darmouth, can get in, and who also has the skills to be D1. It’s rare but some of these schools have $10B endowments and wind fund a sport for $300k a year or less.

    No I agree, but I can manifest both a champion and a team on the rise. Only 10 folks win each year and if Purdue has one that would be huge for the program. ill withdraw every penny from my 401k for an NIL deal for Joey Blaze’s younger brother (Marcus blaze) to go to Purdue…

    I can’t speak for Okie States other duals but in this one it really felt like Missouri didn’t come to wrestle, rather thank Oklahoma being light out.

    It seems that 125 is finding some certainty with the UNANIMOUS numero Uno. Purdue is on the rise; Matt Ramos is ending the season on top of the podium.
