Well fair or not fair. My response was from a coach at the school, from his observation. , He had won a national championship as a coach and player at another school. He deals with administration every day.

I mean, how do you recover from this gradual erosion? Hope they do. But from knowing other nonrevenue coach at Northwestern. President on down could car eless about the athletic department, let alone non rev. Sports.

You maybe right. If you didn’t watch this dual you may have missed one of the most exciting comebacks in modern wrestling history . Way more fun than watching P State pound the shit out of everyone.

The once storied program. The poster child for under funded programs. 7.5 scholarships. Has hit the skids. Transfer portal ain’t helping..Very concerning for wrestling . Seems nobody ,in administration ,cases what happens. Could be Dl next casualty? I have no insight but just casual observation over last 5 years.

The fight in tje Hoosiers is what Angel brought back to tje Indiana program. Duane , at one time had it but lost it.

The marquee match between Lee and Saldate didn’t happen. Duck? But what a comeback by the Indian Hoosiers! Down 18-0 at half. I think the Hoosiers earned the right to get their “a” back. Chandler can’t be very happy with his team right now.

Should be a good one. Lee-Saldate at 157 marquis match up. I like this as states coach is x IU wrestler.

Nothing exciting happening in this match. Like all other Pennsylvania state matches. -
Indian has a couple of guys that could AA this year. Lee if he can keep from re injury. And Washington. Not always the case for tje bottom feeders of tje conference.

So……State is on a roll. Hoosiers won last two over Maryland and Perdue. Stat has it 5 points Michigan. I’m not thinking that’s to far off. But a pin here or there could blow uP the stat prediction. The marquee bout is at 157 ,Lee v Saldate. Good test for Lee, hoping he holds up for the rest of the year, win or lose this one match. Both squads fighting to bust into the middle tier of the conference. With Northwestern and Wisconsin down this season, it may become a reality for one of these teams.
