You know Iowa better than me. I do know Brands knew he was selling his soul to the devil to land Angelo, and I THINK he thought, if AJJ comes, that would be great. I think Anthony was a surprise and thought he might start some matches. I will be SHOCKED if Brands gets rid of them, again because of Angelo. Angelo is a rare talent, and could be another 4X AA IMO. This Family is tight, and I think if one leaves, they all leave....BUT I just don't see Brands telling them to hit the door. Let's be honest here, Desanto was a F'g nut bag, he was ok with that for a few years. Brands prolly thinks he can keep them in order.

Anthony is a thief, he has been caught two times that I know of, stealing stuff out of lockers. I also know that he took a crap, and smeared it on the walls at Broken Arrow High School when Stilly dualed BA when he was there. Middle one is the crazier one IMO

Well if you lived in Oklahoma, you would know that Anthony is absolutely F'g nuts, I would not be shocked at all if he ends up killing someone. That dude has a screw loose, AJ could end up in lockdown if he does not stay away from the young girls.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Shapiro, I am not accusing your kid of being gassed, I was truly asking if he was hurt. You can HEAR the coaches saying push through it or something like that. I think he is a stud, and I think he is an AA candidate. I also am not accusing the coaches of not looking out for his health and telling him to wrestle even though he was hurt. It was just odd to me, I watched him grimace a few times during the last match.

I cannot believe people are not talking more about this. I heard the coaches telling him to push through it etc. The dude was either extremely out of shape or hurt. Talent is there for sure.

Thoughts on Beric Jordan picking Sooners over Pokes? I don't feel like OSU fought too hard to keep the kid, do they know something we don't? Was this a money thing, or a where can I start early thing?

Depends on how you look at it I guess. (1) When will the kid start to mature? There are kids that are 85lbs as freshman in, and I personally know one that was 95lbs as a soph. (2) how is the kid on a mature level? many of these kids develop late and need an extra year at home or in highschool. (3) there is no difference to me, than the parents that start the kids late, and MANY are doing this today. I do not know many examples like Chittum, most that I know are graduating at 19.

Something is going on, that entire staff got blown up. They had Howe and Brewer at one point, I am biased, but IMO two greats. I know them trying to force the jab on Howe is why he left, but then you have the Carter Young stuff etc...I don't know.

McComas is tough, Walker knocked him off twice last year. Gonna be fun to watch 6A this year again in Oklahoma. 126 could be REALLY good in Oklahoma if the kids I think are gonna be there. JJ will more than likely end up at 132, Walker will be 126...but who knows. Donnell will be 126. (Gage Walker going for his 4th this year, committed to Mizzu)

I know Porter very well and his dad. I was shocked he committed because he wants to fight. We have wrestled him several times, and he is funky as hell and tough too. He had Jax beat, I was there and he gave up some points late. He is gonna be a good one. Some other studs going there I know. Woodcock is gonna be a hammer, great on top, GREAT KID and GREAT parents. Strick is gonna be a good one too, he really never had partners and had great success, he will blossom in that room

Walker could end up at 133, Seltzer is tough, he and Walker would be a great match I think. My dude Cam Steed doing some things up there....He was another one Oklahoma overlooked...doesn't make sense, but they did.

He was a 2X small class state champ, moved to 6A (Bixby) and won it. He will end up a 4X state champ, and I project him to be 125/133. Tough as hell, not flashy, but stingy. Lost to Jax Forrest this year in a barn burner, lost by one. He has some big wins nationally....Oklahoma could have had him but Lou F'd all of that up. This OU staff is doing a good job, because Lou had most kids headed out of state

24' Giddens and Hollingsworth for OU are good "gets" and Walker to Mizzu. All Oklahoma boys, and they are tough as nails.

I think Williams has been cutting too much weight, I know that has been the theme.

Well I had just left a pool party when I replied to this....I got up today and I am like crap, that is a bold statement...I know Jordan, but I have not talked to him in awhile. I will have the boy ask him to see what is what.....problem is, he may THINK he knows what he WANTS to do, and that might be totally opposite of what Ol John boy wants him to do.
