  1. They actually won't be irrelevant insofar as duals go. Especially towards the end of the season. If the Brands bros listen to me they could get very creative with their lineup and come away with ten NQs.

He is going to take over for Sanderson in ten years while David Taylor becomes head coach at Iowa State for a season after he competes at the 2032 Olympic games at 95 KG (weight classes get changed between now and then).

For those who are also 'up in arms' about Smith stepping away from OSU soon because he can't handle it... Koll is the same age. Actually graduated the same year from College and I don't expect Koll to hang it up any time soon.
  4. Guys. Don't tell Minnow. Unless Iowa does exactly as I say with their lineup... Rutgers could beat them in a dual. Regardless of what weight Ayala and Teske end up going (125/133), Rutgers could conceivably win both of those. Iowa is winning 141 with Woods. Could be a major. 6-4 Rutgers. I think VV is better than Butler... but he decked Pantaleo. He could deck VV as well. 12-4 Rutgers. Franek will get a decision at 157. 12-7 at the break in flavor of Rutgers. 165 is Caliendo is going to bonus White. White is just coming up from 149. 12-11 174 - Turley could beat Swafford. 15-11 Soldano could pin whomever they throw at 184. 21-11 Poznanski via Dec. 24-11 Slav over Hill 27-11 They could fckn do it. Will they listen to me? 125 Teske and 133 Ayala matches up against Rutgers better (styles). VV could win. Kennedy comes back at 165 and also bonus victories, puts Iowa at 20-0 after 165. Swafford destroys Turley due to his bromance with Kennedy and the momentum. 24-0. Caliendo methodically picks apart Soldano and wins via Maj. 28-0. Franklin beats Poz. 31-0. Steveson comes in and techfalls Slav. 36-0. They need to listen to me. Also, don't tell Minnow.
  5. The Bassett one confused me, too.
  6. My only guess as to why he is not included is because of the recent uncertainty of what weight he will be going. Also, might he take an Oly-shirt?
  7. Ah yeah. Okay. I think I am going to lose this one in any case. I do wish him well, though.
  8. Oh, I know. I have sent kids to his camp, though, and seen better results from them than other 'better' camps. It's marketing in a world driven by consumerism. If people believe it he will sell more. Aye yeah I do remember that. That was a shame. All these are annoying, I just don't see why he should be shat on for getting a jump on even the spammers.
  9. So a guy who got a jump on the 'camp system' we have going on rampantly now in the states gets shit on for doing it before everyone else? Self promotion and wanting to win should not be frowned upon. Going outside of the lines in regards to rules, regulations, and stipulations should be. He has a great mind for coaching, but I worry he will run in to what he did at Queens and rather than being a CEO/Coach bound to one school he will try to be a 'professor of the sport' and forget the boundaries given to him by a book.
  10. Did he not already come out and say that wasn't in the works?
  11. Oh, that is a good one, as well. UNLESS! Thompson is going 174?
  12. This doubly tells us tuat Plott has Olympic aspirations and intends to go 86 KG as well as he is winning in the room.
  13. Today's fresh released D1 rankings for Intermat here. 184 #4 is Plott.
  14. So Plott at 184? Is Wittlake done or are they swapping weight classes?
  15. Damn. You hear that Airbus flying over my head? That's the joke. My apologies, mate.
  16. He tore one then the other? Edit: To include your prior quote's quote...
  17. I think @1032004 is correct. They did like Zahid (as @bnwtwgis saying). They respected the suspension, there just isn't or wasn't much smoke on that for whatever reason(s)? I assume it was because he was already on Oly-shirt whereas Zahid was not.
  18. I hope we get to see Focus against Ryder this year up at 182. That would be glorious.

  20. He wasn't suspended by the NCAA or at least I don't remember reading anything about that. Pretty sure USAW has no authority towards NCAA and recall many folks being rather pissed off about it. Can you find an article on it? I googled "Daton Fix suspension" and these were the matches. None are or were related to NCAA... https://pistolsfiringblog.com/five-thoughts-on-daton-fixs-usada-suspension/ https://www.oklahoman.com/story/sports/college/cowboys/2020/09/08/osu-wrestling-daton-fix-receives-one-year-sanction-for-positive-test-prohibited-substance-per-report/60383484007/ https://www.cowboysrideforfree.com/pokes-gone-pro/2020/9/8/21427760/oklahoma-state-wrestling-daton-fix-one-year-suspension-usada-failed-anti-doping-test-ostarine https://www.flowrestling.org/articles/6745189-usada-issues-daton-fix-one-year-suspension-for-failed-anti-doping-test Although this one does specify what you had said as well... So I am curious as to how/where the separation is or is not. https://www.ocolly.com/sports/ready-to-rumble-daton-fix-returns-from-suspension/article_a25ce6dc-6c2a-11eb-89dd-4f1ad82e598c.html
