  1. He looked small for 86 KG against Barr, or am I remembering that wrong?
  2. Why is he asking about Iowa shit?
  3. Schultz to Michigan would likely be his best competitive bet. Coon is likely done after this cycle, or even if not - Iron sharpens Iron. That means he wants to be in a room with either Coon or Amos. The two best upperweights we have right now.
  4. You have seen the division having gents represent other countries seems to bring here even to these forums. It seems worse on Twatter whenever it comes up there. When it comes to the Russos, when it is anywhere aside for Belarus (who is basically Russia's Puerto Rico at this point - or maybe Puerto Rico is our Belarus?), they make it seem like our squabbling is like two chipmunks jawing about a grub. Physical violence is often threatened.
  5. I will bite. RBY isn't a Migrant Worker. He was born in the US and gained dual citizenship, which USA as his first. Having dual citizenship allows someone to not only flow freely between both countries, but to also take advantage of being full citizens of both countries. You are being blatantly xenophobic and trying to stir the pot. Luckily there isn't anyone here as pathetic as you to actually agree with your mentality.
  6. Oh. That was either a coincidence or he copied me. Or maybe Bob is messing with us.
  7. I hadn't caught that. That would be badass for him. I do think if he wants to send a message to the world, he at least tries to run away with 2nd this year. On short notice that would be badass and a statement What are you on about?
  8. What are you talking about? Surber might be true. I don't think Pindrickson can Redshirt even if it is available. His release is for one season, right?
  9. You are missing a lot there. For one, I am a Michigan alumni. Secondly, you are legitimately making shit up at this point. You're being a grimy bitch.
  10. So that goes for all of the OSU guys, then? Doucet could still duck on out. As could Surber. I think they should.
  11. You're intentionally being a disrespectful dick by calling them 'migrant worker athletes' and you know it. Stop.
  12. Oh that would be badass. Have qualifying events and allow anyone to actually go. Even a 3 athlete cap would be better. USAW will only send up to three to international events anyways, right? How many athletes are allowed per country per event in track or swimming? Phelps was allowed how many events? 8?
  13. What? CKWC clearly worded their fundraising to deter any of that manner of toxicity. "4 Olympic Athletes" with no mention of who. Don't know and don't care if or how NLWC is supporting RBY's Olympic dreams. This great sport we love deserves better people around it than those that would not only advocate against supporting RBY but advocate against others also supporting RBY.
  14. You had me worried the 0 got stuck there for a second.
  15. Looks like CKWC had very little issues raising $153k for 4 Olympians...
  16. U20 has qualification criteria. The entry list for all of U20s is 155 and U23s is 690.
  17. Well shit. Those doubting (me and others)... Carroll is entered at 92 KG (~202.8lbs) for U23s...
  18. Holy shit. Carroll is already down to weight. 92 KG (~202.8lbs)...
  19. Arizona State will be in it next year. Arizona State Oklahoma Mizzou Iowa State Northern Iowa That is as tough a Top 5 opponents as anyone else will face, regardless of conference.
  20. Sak won't be on campus until 2025-26. Jenkins may beat some wrestlers Walters won't because he is a full 230-235lbs, but Walters at 220-230 while being a 'true' 197lber won't beat some of the huge 285lbers. I might be wrong, but his style lends itself to being able to finish cleanly on his shots, which he won't be able to so much against those B1G bigs once they drop their tonnage on him. Walters was beat up yesteryear. I didn't think it was severe, but he had a boot on when I visited just before the season started (you could see it in a few pictures they had posted about their frosh last year, too). I think he has that potential to be special, as it were.
  21. Walters is going to be the 197lber. I would wager we see him take matches at 285 this year as well for the team. It will be between him and Jenkins for the HWT position this season. Unless Walters shows he is 'that guy' despite being up a weight, I don't see how HWT isn't a 11-14 seed come B1Gs. I had (HAVE) high hopes for Jenkins, but the eye test is telling me that he just hasn't added the appropriate size like Parris and Coon did after their Frosh seasons, respectively. Veazy should be aiming for 184lbs regardless. Walters should own whatever weight of 197/285 he chooses. Correa should target whatever weight Walters isn't going post-Cardenas. If he is to go HWT, then he needs to start ascending now. If it is 197lbs he needs to start descending now and planning for that.
