Two bathrooms for those with specific characteristics is outdated. Pure and simple. Its not illegal to go into the other bathroom. People have and will continue to do it. As the number of current bathroom configurations that have 'Male/Non-binary' or 'Female/Non-binary' signs on them continues to grow. It only shines a light on the fact that these are useless distinctions. Trying to pry them apart again is an exercise in futility. That you're getting a dopamine hit by banging the keys in support of 'Kindergarten Cop biology lessons' not withstanding. Its not that simple anymore and never will be. You're just going to have to get use to it. Will there be hiccups along the way? Of course. Will single(or rare) occurrence events be trotted out as a reason to roll the whole thing back? Of course, because your side is soooo predictable(see any other argument on this forum against a minority fighting to be assimilated into the whole).

You're scared of the change that you think is inevitable and the dangers they might come with adopting this new trend. That's a valid feeling to have. All I'm saying is if we look into the past at each time a group was fighting to be recognized(immigrants; Italian, Irish, German, African, Asian, Latin, equal voting/civil rights) as equal members of the whole there were similar arguments against by those fearful of the change that was 'inevitable' in their mind. Did change come? Yes. I'd be interested to see if the results of any of those campaigns ever lived up to the exaggerated fever dreams of those railing against them. Can you think of any? I can't.

Am I saying jump into it with both feet? No. We are making, often, painfully incremental steps to better understand and assimilate new phenomenon into our melting pot. There is always push back. But we are always better after the growing pains than during the struggle. Makes us more resilient for the next one.

I am not calling a name for the sake of calling a name because I feel weak and impotent in my arguments as they had in the past. They have shown to have bigoted opinions of different people and not saying it is irresponsible.

You’re more of a bigot than anyone on here.

Fair. But that's why I said 'likely'. Because there is a chance you haven't too. I was just banking on probability.

But being right or pointing out where someone is 100% correct(even though that wasn't the claim) so as you can continue being a bigot is waaaay more important.

    Well done.

You can’t even prove that it’s likely. I love how you always play the bigot card when you’ve got nothing.  Carry on babble boy jr.

If you've been in an airport, concert, or large sports venue you've likely shared the bathroom with a trans person. It probably happened without any incident whatsoever. Why do you think that is? Because we just want to go then leave and forget every face that we made uncomfortable eye contact with along the way.

Making a big deal of it is what makes it a big deal. If we actually tried to get along this wouldn't be an issue.

Again with opinions you can’t prove

just a biological male that sucked in men’s sports, decided he was a girl instead and is now participating in women’s sports. While doing it he/she is injuring females and making lewd comments in the locker room.  Sounds like this dudette is on the right side of history.

Can't help but notice nobody is acknowledging the actual veteran's opinion on this lol. Being mad at everything is too important to them.

    Well said sir.

IIRC @Le duke is also a veteran being shouted down for having a reasonable take.

Maybe our board "patriots" just hate our troops?

Or maybe they know troops that fought for this country that have different viewpoints.

    No problem.

https://comptroller.nyc.gov/reports/facts-not-fear-how-welcoming-immigrants-benefits-new-york-city/#:~:text=Although they are ineligible for,%2C state%2C and federal taxes.

    Quoted from the piece.

Undocumented immigrants[10] support economic growth, pay taxes, and keep our city and economy running as essential workers.

    • Although they are ineligible for Social Security, Medicaid, and most public benefits, undocumented immigrants help sustain[11] these vital entitlement programs by contributing billions of dollars into Social Security[12] and billions more into local, state, and federal taxes.
    • In 2021, undocumented immigrants contributed[13] $30.8 billion in total taxes nationally, including $18.6 billion in federal income taxes and $12.2 billion in state and local taxes.
    • In New York State, undocumented immigrants paid[14] $3 billion in taxes.
    • Undocumented immigrants make up approximately 3.2 percent of the U.S. population, but 4 percent[15] of the country’s workforce.
    • Undocumented immigrants are the backbone of many vital industries across New York. 70% of undocumented workers in New York are essential workers.[16]

How much we spend to deny entries, rather than simply documenting people and allowing them to go through the process to attain citizenship, is entirely our own cost.

The lines are made up and the scores don't count.

And are a National Security Risk

Given an opportunity to help someone, potentially, fix a mistake. You decided to do this.

Classy. Makes me think you don't really care that much about things being correct or accurate.

So if anyone else can tell me what they feel is inaccurate about this story, please let me know?

You just stated you think you answered it.   Wouldn’t you already know the answer then?    🤦‍♂️ life is so hard for you

How much weight should your opinion carry with others?

Do you have evidence to back it up or will you just believe it until proven incorrect?

How about when you do?  Because you’ve done nothing to prove that unlawful immigrants are good for this country.  Your opinion is worth as much as you say mine is.

  10. As most everyone on here has stated once or a thousand times.  LEGAL immigration in managed numbers is good for this country.  What’s happening now proves that unlawful immigration isn’t.  It’s really pretty simple.

I feel no need to participate in your echo chamber.

I've stated my case. It hasn't changed. Your one-off cases do not prove any other point than people commit crimes. If this is all you have, which I imagine it is, you are lacking. Crime is down. Way down. Immigrants commit less crime than naturalized citizens. They pay into and often take less from social safety nets. In cities with high immigrant population and cities that get buses of immigrants sent to them, crime is WAAAAY DOWN. You aren't going to win this one. I have a feeling you know that too and it scares you.

Immigration is good for this country as much as you want to stop it from happening. You will lose. And I can't stop myself from laughing at you bigots for stroking each other with these stories. Last one to comment, wins. Go!

Yet here you are participating with more of your incoherent babble.  Go Babble Boy!!!!
