That would be good but does not really resolve the issue.   There are plenty of candidates that win with less money.   Money is an advantage and it should be taken away from Incumbents.   But they have name recognition and can raise more money just from that.   The answer is term limits but Congress will never go for that and neither will State legislatures.  Hence we are where we are.   Surprise!  It was Congress that initiated term limits for the Pres, but they didn't do that for themselves at that same time.

Plenty?  The % of incumbents that win is pretty high.

Thank you for answering, I appreciate it.

Do the 'repeat' abortions that you mentioned consist of those done with mifepristone?

Also, what does it matter that there are repeat abortions? How does this effect you or America?

And what are your 'restrictions' and how might your approach vary from Texas's restrictions that led to this: The Texas Supreme Court ruled in Zurawski v. State of Texas on May 31, 2024, refusing to clarify the exceptions to the state’s abortion bans. The court rejected claims brought by 20 women who were denied abortions despite dire pregnancy complications.

In this case do the restrictions work in your opinion?

    Let's go one by one:

"too stupid/lazy" that's an argument for/against lots of things, we can get into those later tho. Not sure you will be happy that you typed that if those topics ever come up.

But you feel they are smart enough to go through a multi step process, by design in most states to make it as cumbersome as possible, that may take several days with multiple visits. Possibly hundreds of miles from where they live and costing from hundreds to thousands of dollars in total cost. I'm sorry but it seems like you're trying to make the point they are too stupid to avoid getting into the situation and smart enough to get out of it. I reject your premise. This is too far fetched to be an honest opinion.

"they know full well" - you have no credibility to say this. You want this to be true for some reason. If it was, you would be able to find data about it. Do you know how many studies and surveys have been done on this topic? You have access to so much info that could support your opinion and you site, 'I think people do this' as your best evidence for holding your opinion. That's just sad. Just say why you actually believe this, because this isn't it. It can't possibly be this lazy. Wait... yes it can. My bad.

As lazy and uninformed as this opinion is about abortion, it makes sense that you think people are as uninformed about sex and contraception as you are. You actually think people are willing to go through ALL THE ABOVE, on a regular basis, rather than pay for condoms or get birth control through the ACA or health insurance or local clinics?

Why do you think they would do this on purpose, to own the Cons? Again, that would track.

Babble Boy jr is back.  Not going to waste my time with your ⭕️ jerk.

  3. Again. Israel could easily have killed many more than they have. They haven’t because they do try to minimize civilian casualties.  Until the people of Palestinine stop supporting Hamas they will put themselves at risk.  Most Palestinians want what Hamas wants which is the total eradication of the Jewish people.   I can’t feel sorry for people that brought this on themselves.

Hamas does use civilians as human shields. We all know that.

Given that information, does Israel have the right to kill those human shields, which you acknowledge should not be targeted? Yes or no.

Is a US police officer allowed to kill a hostage in order to kill the person holding them hostage? Yes or no?

War is hell.  There will be collateral damage when going after terrorists.

direct from the article "Only a small proportion of abortion patients (10%, not shown) reported that they had never used contraception, and in the multivariable model these women were less likely to report that they had a prior abortion (OR: 0.81; 95% CI: 0.67–0.97). However, this association was tenuous as it was not significant in either of the models generated for sensitivity analyses (not shown)."

So the majority of these pregnancies were caused due to failed contraception and not the main source of contraception like JT is saying

I never said they all were. I said it’s happening whether you wokester’s want to admit it or not.   The performance ratings of all forms of birth control are very high. What someone reported to “look” good at the clinic may not be as sound as you think.

Not really.  Take for example the good senator Bob Dole.  The state of Kansas doesn't have a lot of power and influence only 6 reps in the House but of course 2 Senators.  But when you've got a senator with as much seniority and experience as Dole you'd be crazy to replace him with a new freshman GOP senator.  Look at where the state is now.  And when Dole was senator they weren't getting stupid wealthy off of serving.  Just like NIL its a completely different ballgame now regarding the money.  But if you had term limits, let's say two term for senate, then you are always looking for the new one to bring up and no state is getting these crazy out of balance old guy/gal power positions.

The vote them out “term limits” clowns are priceless.  There is a two term limit on the president. There should be a two term limit on the house and the senate.

Because I'm an American and my government isn't supporting Hamas with billions of dollars. If my government was giving Hamas weapons to prolong the violence, I would protest them. That's how protests work Jimbo.

So you don’t want to help Palestinians speak up against a terrorist group simply because they don’t get American tax dollars?  Wow Uncle Protester. Just wow

No, I laughed at the idea that it was supposed to be scary and you came back with "well what if they try to kill everyone."

Use common sense. Does free speech give them the right to trespass? No. Is this a serious crime we should all be afraid of? Also no.

It’s a crime none the less. and as with many crimes they can lead to bigger and more severe crimes.

You’re an Anti American.  As you’ve stated many times you believe we’re imperialists

Is that a yes or no? Because Jimmy is saying civilians lose their legal protections if they support Hamas. That is the question. Yes or no.

That's also been the implicit argument of many on here. We shouldn't feel bad for civilians because they didn't stand up to Hamas.

And you can keep saying they aren't targeting civilians all you want. It's not "verified" and there is tons of evidence to suggest otherwise, but leave that aside for the moment and just answer the question straight up:

does israel have the right to kill palestinian civilians if they support hamas?

They don’t have legal protections. Hamas uses them as human shields.

So what are you actually complaining about? They've been asked to leave. They said no. Now they'll face consequences. The SF police now have the option to handle the situation in the way they feel best promotes public safety.

You think we should gun them down just in case?

Being annoyed is the cost of freedom bucky. Go live in China if you want to live in an authoritarian country.

Or Gaza with Terrorists in charge

How about a group of uninvited people stand in the entryway to your house?  They are there only to tell you how much they hate you.  They don't do it politely.  After you acknowlege they hate you they refuse to leave.  They impede your ability to go to your yard.  You have friends coming over to eat dinner but they can't get in your house.

You call the police to ask them to remove the uninvited haters from your house.  Yes, this is horrible. Trespassing is a crime.  A felony if someone the leftists don't like thinks about it in New York.

    This 💯
