All of us here - at one time or another - complain about politicians not being honest. We want our politicians to be honest! We demand it! Yet... many of us can't even be honest here. On a little wrestling BBS that mostly nobody notices. Just maybe be honest here once.

Are you 100% sure you're not a politician? Farmers put their land in CRP because it was more profitable than growing crops. This is well known in the Midwest. Who are you trying to fool?

In my childhood years, we had newspapers to read the news. And news stations to watch on TV. Credible sources spreading credible information. The position of editor either on print or on TV was a position of respect - and, more importantly, it was one of responsibility. If an editor was wrong, it was very serious. Career killing serious. Now it's just some random guy posting some random stuff. Then another random guy linking the random stuff. When are we going to wake up and realize we're going downhill?

(But it is noteworthy that you posted "not as sharp as Trump" - which does kind of imply you believe Trump is at least a little bit sharp. Just sayin')

Well known program - CRP. Not a state program, federal. Farmers all over got paid to stop producing crops. There is a decent joke that goes along with this, but I'm going to hold back on that - comedy is a bit about timing. Not Biden, it was around in the 80's

OP is silly, the takeaway is that... R's vs D's in wrestling isn't a thing - R's & D's get along just fine in wrestling.

Handful of cows. My parents grew up on real farms and it was important to them that we grew up understanding it. They didn't have fond memories as much as they thought it would be good for us. Kind of like... "see, this is how we had to do it - not much fun - now, maybe you find a better way for yourself." Had a similar experience late in high school and early college working high-risk construction with my best friend. My boss (who was my bf's dad) would literally tell us that "this is why you want to graduate from college - you do not want to do this your whole life." It stuck, both times. I went into neither farming nor construction. But I do like olives and am partial to Russian Olive trees.

I did experiment with beer can chicken quite a few times. It seemed pretty decent, that was right about the time I bought the pellet grill. Doing the chicken challenge, and then expanding to spatchcocked chicken (as headshuck mentioned earlier) and competition chicken thighs - I've never looked back. Both the beer can chicken holder and the chicken wing holder are collecting dust in my garage closet. Along with more grilling accessories than I'd care to admit.

You post as if you are incessantly attacking, but I don't necessarily believe you really are that person. I'd like to extend an olive branch. You post on topics that you know nothing about - specifically against me. I instinctively feel obligated to call you out on each of them - because they are specifically about me. Seems a recipe for 'nobody wins.' Maybe you limit your know-nothing posts against me, and I'll limit my calling-out posts against you. Seems fair.

Ah, you worked on a big dairy farm. Not a family farm. Maybe owned by an investment group. They got rich, and you got to take home your paycheck and a jug of milk.

Did anybody actually watch the video? The part where it says that the walls don't work is kind of an important point.
