  1. Well one of those didn't even happen as Sadulaev didn't even weigh in. Curious where the Russo's qualify at now. Do they swap over to Asia rather than Euros?
  2. Here we go one more time, everybody's feeling fine, here we go now (yes, yes, yes here we go)
  3. None of them have brought home a senior medal... they are in criteria three... for them to be able to challenge Richards and/or Lee would have to vacate - which they won't.
  4. I think DT calls it after the Olympics, personally. He has nothing to prove that he hasn't already proved and should be looking in to his next phase. I hope he lands a HC gig somewhere.
  5. So we need to qualify the Olympics still at 57 KG and 65 KG. At 57 KG, Gillman, Fix, and Arujau could challenge for the right to face Richards to go to the Olympic qualifier. At 65 KG, Diakomihalis, Retherford, Fix, and Arujau could challenge for the right to face Lee to go to the Olympic qualifier. Am I missing anyone?
  6. The replay was pretty clear. As he rolled over his back (2 points additional for Sidakov), Dake did not force him to break 90. Had he gotten him to break 90 while doing it, I think it would have been 2 points the other way instead.
  7. Micic is taller than Abakarov while Abakarov is standing on the medal stand and Micic is not. HAHAHAHA
  8. The entire planet was well prepared for them. The. Whole. Planet.
  9. The criteria for winning a challenge is simply that the score changes. It changed, so he won it.
  10. If Dake had tried anything except a chest wrap for the entire tournament he would have been better off. In his final four matches he failed on every chest wrap attempt he made.
  11. So he won the challenge but lost the match because the match was scored 10-7 rather than 8-7.
  12. With 12 seconds to go Dake dropped to a chest wrap when he was not in position to do it.
  13. I think it finished 8-7 for Russia. Dake with a late roll attempt but I think it was too late. Sidakov wins (I think).
  14. Longer... Abakarov was considerably larger and deeper chested.
  15. I would call this as going to be a 7-5 match afterwards. I think it will end up being 9-5, though with a failed challenge.
  16. Dake may come out of this down 9-5 with 28 seconds to go.
