Lets not get too feisty, Darian Cruz has a win over that guy lol. I think Lee got by his "scary" guy. Sarlak lost as well, so with Kalzhan (who gets teched a lot when he loses) being the only obstacle standing in his way, I've very confident Spency gets it done. Although..... not as confident as I was that he medals at the Olympics. He looks good against sub-par competition but I think he may lack the explosivity needed against those top guys. (I doubted MICIC as well but didnt we all) I think he is elite in skill but maybe just not body make-up.

I think he's still going around the world training everywhere, but I believe he is still here as his main-base. He still has all the talent to beat anyone, but his "Playing with fire" has gotten a bit ridiculous

Zahid dropped the ball and all that per usual, but the match was a battle, I think that alone keeps Brooks from #1 despite the DT victories. Dake is clearly the #1 probably Snyderman at #2 then its just feel, I personally go Zain then Brooks/DT (Which I may favor DT's style against international competition) then its just a crapshoot of who you prefer, Spencer, Vito, Parris, etc etc.... I hope Brooks becomes our next unbeatable legend, but not sure what to expect against Yaz, Naifanov, Kurugliev, etc..... Either way, more fun topic than I expected.

I like Ochir vs all of our guys currently, I think he has brain farts every major tournament but man he is just so damn complete. I don't agree with everyone that Lee has a ton more landmines, but he does have a few more guys that could put him out early, especially with nerves and such but 65kg is still a bear All these guys can beat Zain if he just has a bad match early it could be hasta. Ochir, Dudaev, Sujeet, Kudiev, Skirabin, and we've seen Destribats get lucky (not saying he will again 65kg is just talent rich so anyone could pull a D-bats.... I'm nervous, I dont think we will qualify one of the 2

1: agree, officials just need to make judgement calls when it's clearly abused. 2: There's like one 1-1 match per tournament with both points coming from shot clock. Not common at all. This is one of those boogey-man tales of freestyle. -Jason Bryant broke down the exact numbers from the worlds and I think there may have been 1 with no points other than shot clock. I agree it sucks when it happens but it just hardly happens. Like was said earlier "you know you're losing, go score"
