  1. The TV moved from my shop to my office. Expected productivity? Low.
  2. Davis' walk out music for the final has been leaked.
  3. I love contextless numbers like this. It is a sure sign things are not going well. My favorite is the engagement with brands. No starting point, just up some unitless %. Amongst all these numbers, one type seems to be missing. Financial. Hmmm.
  4. No one. Weigh ins haven't happened yet. Cornella dropped out due to injury.
  5. I don't think the govt can seize something that is already pledged as collateral against a loan. Lenders have a lot of experience writing contracts that protect their claims. And form first principles, if that wasn't the case it would be real hard for collateralized lending to exist. My guess is that the penalty cannot be discharged in bankruptcy, but general creditors could lose out.
  6. Glad to know I have at least one thing in common with Cormier.
  7. That is the bitch of it, and part of Trump's bond argument. They would only have to return the cash raised and not the property. So if they sell the property at fire sale prices then have to return the money, Trump is the one who is harmed. He argues it will cause irreparable harm. I can sympathize with that argument. So maybe they are allowed to seize, but not sell until after appeals are wiped out. Trump makes a second good argument. He points out there is no victim (unlike with Jean Carroll), and one reason for the appeal bond is to ensure you cannot dodge paying your victim. Maybe he wins his bond argument and can appeal under easier terms.
  8. I was originally thinking tonight to give me time to set up the scoring and visuals, but that is all done, so up until the first match.
  9. Stole the thread title from HVI but not the concept. For any former wrestlers on here, what is the night before your biggest competition like? Biggest doesn't have to be NCAAs. Whatever your biggest was. As a swimmer, it took all my effort to contain my pent up energy. After months of over training and breaking my body down with 7 -10 mile days, I would begin my taper about three weeks out. The last workout was just a glorified warm up. And without an avenue to burn up the energy, I was buzzing. But we were under strict instructions to just chill. That was tough. At night, it was time to shave. From chin to toes, except for the median, it was smooth as silk and ready for slip streaming. Sleep was tough, it took meditation to fall asleep. Concentrate on relaxing each muscle one at a time and blank out the mind. In the morning it was eggs, and LET'S FREAKIN GO.
  10. The hits just keep on coming. Nice Warrior 2 from that Stang.
  11. Plenty of time. Weigh ins aren't for another 14 hours. Now take a lap.
  12. https://pennstate.forums.rivals.com/threads/psu-team-points-at-ncaas.349228/ 25 of 42 PSU fans have them breaking Iowa's team points record. I say they come up well short.
  13. He doesn't have the kind of collateral bond companies take (see my prior post), so he would have to involve another intermediary.
  14. If you are still interested, there is still time. Would love to have you.
  15. Wow. How did I miss that? I might need to retire from the board.
  16. @Pinnacle still want to ride or die with Bubba Wilson? Or wait until you see if he makes weight?
  17. That is where collateral and recourse come in.
