I didn’t refer to anything right or left. I referred to recent issues piling up in the Supreme Court. Anyway, the constitution does in fact allow for Congress to regulate the court. There are a number of ways for this, and plenty of precedent as well.

I think the problem with that article carrying the weight you think it does is that it is speaking of disclosed trips/gifts, and the problem we are coming across recently is the amount and impact of undisclosed trips/gifts. Why so many and why try to hide them? None of which is relative to the latest issue…lying to the public about what congress can and cannot do under the constitution.

I couldn’t agree more on the two tier justice system. There are plenty of cases of people stealing classified military plans. Very few indicted with evidence as strong as….the accused’s own words and videos. Yet, they weren't allowed to remain free after charges, and continuously threaten the DOJ. Arrested on the spot. ….”yeah but”…. Blah blah blah. MAGA!

Apparently the new charges include attempting to delete security footage of them moving the classified documents that he didn’t have, but then that he did have because they were planted, but then he didn’t have again, but then he did have because he declassified them, but that he didn’t have again, but then he did have because he was once president so he’s allowed to, but then he didn’t have again because they were just random papers, but then he did have again because he finally turned them in. Felony Counts 72, 73, and 74……and still counting.
