Exciting field this year. I'm biased towards Woods but must admit that he's looked pretty flat, definitely not as dynamic at times so far this season. I trust that he'll pull it together by the spring. If Alirez wasn't taking an ORS I think I'd give him maybe a 30% chance of repeating this year. Tough weight.

Also from bottom, I wonder if the stats will show a dip in reversals this season. Escape + TD (4) > Reversal + Ride (3) unless they're confident they can score backs. -
I'd like to see it, but not gonna happen. At this level, initiating a throw risks giving up 3 as much as it does scoring 3.

It depends. If you're an underclassman or haven't been watching tape (or the scoreboard and RT clock) and in a tight match, better to fall in line. If you're experienced and have a good feel for your opponent in-match, captain. Some coaches will also trust their wreslers to make the best choice. PSU seems to do this a lot.
