Biden has only been effective at destroying our country. The effect of his economic sanctions on Russia has been good for Russia. By not allowing their wealthy to do business outside the country, they’ve been limited to investing their money inside the country, which has been very beneficial for Russian business. Maybe we should have put the sanctions on Americans, instead.
Mark Levin says Trump can appeal based on the 8th Amendment protection of excess fines.
In another case, the one involving Mark Steyn, the jury awarded a $1 fine for compensatory damages and $1million for punitive damages by a DC court. A lawyer showed that appeals usually reduce punitive penalties to single digit multiples of compensatory amounts, generally around four times but as much as nine. Though this case should also have been dismissed, it’s another glaring example of our politicized legal system.
That’s right, and if the virtue signalers wait until the story comes out that the boy who was pretending to be a girl was ‘bullied’ by girls who didn’t want to share the bathroom with him, and after he attacked them, they pinched and scratched him and pulled his hair, and the next day he died of a drug overdose, it’s just not as good a soapbox anymore. There’s definitely a mental deficiency involved. I would send the parents for immediate evaluation.
The few people to survive would have to learn 18th century means. The 19th century benefited from coal, and we don’t want any of that either. Is whale oil okay?
You don’t have to be a brainiac, but if you have a brain, and use it, you might suspect that there might be a thread that ties these indicters, judges, venues, etc together. But there are no bonus points for finding it. Better luck next time.
It’s as if someone devised a plan to destroy civilization and then somehow convinced the people to vote for it. It seems you’d have to obliterate the knowledge or concept of history to do that. Who would be best positioned and have the time and access to promote this idea?
