Is it fair to assume all of the Big Ten schools offer 9.9? Even Northwestern?

This is information I have been meaning to get a better hold of - and then maintain somewhere. I hear all sorts of things about the different institutions. From hearsay: Duke and the Ivys do not give athletic scholarships per se, but tend to be quite generous on financial aid packages if you are academically qualified to attend. My understanding is that both Binghamton and Cal State Bakersfield have limited scholarship opportunities, but have very attractive tuition relative to other schools if you attend from instate. Stanford had been discussed recently here in going from 5 (?) to 9.9. I wonder if this data is tracked anywhere or if it would be a detective exercise.

Maryland wins 30-7. 125 with Maida over Brown was the big upset. In an offseason interview Clemson mentioned that Brown had some issues to work through regarding weight discipline which may or may not have been a factor today.

Leete used his physical strength as an advantage last year at 125, but looked smaller than Sandoval.

Anyone watching this? the 149 match was very confusing. Overtime, Jayden Scott seems to take down Noah Tolentino near the edge. The challenge it and instead of giving two to Scott, they award Tolentino a penalty point and the win. I think it could have been because of grabbing his sock by accident. Seemed to be very baggy socks

I've learned last night and now today - this is going to take a very long time for me to digest. Not that I don't support the change, but its almost like my mind is made of solid cement.
