  1. We all thought it was Camacho on trial here, but at this rate, maybe Ungar could be too. Both have competitive backups
  2. Ionel enjoys crispy Peking duck served over pancakes with cucumbers, spring onion and a touch of hoison sauce. Specifically from the Royal China in Canary Wharf
  3. Where has Bernie been? His presence has been missed
  4. Willie has a free video on Rokfin (or used to). I'm looking for it now - hold on edit: here it is https://www.rokfin.com/post/4739/Why-I-Left-Flo
  5. From my perspective I thought that Ollie was being tongue in cheek. However, as you can clearly see, I had no idea who he was before this show, I don't watch the show regularly, so its just based on how I would interpret the actions of a stranger. It sounds like you watch more often and have a longer history of this feeling towards him, and I wouldn't be in a position to comment on anything other than this episode.
  6. Sorry for the ignorance, but which one is Ollie? The host? Nevermind - I see him now lol - I thought he was being tongue in cheek with that statement there, but hard to say
  7. I was only mentioning those which have to make a decision right now - but you're right. Kilkeary on redshirt to me makes more sense for now. I think he's a lifelong 125 pounder - and he steps in next year as a 4X AA possibility. Right now, I think he and McCrone could have similar results until Kilkeary builds his body a bit more. I could be off base here - you're the buckeye expert, but that was my view.
  8. I would love to attend one day. Jealous of you all
  9. Even as a cynical person, I am enjoying this episode.
  10. OREM, Utah - Adam Hall will be the next head coach of the Utah Valley University wrestling program, director of athletics Dr. Jared Sumsion announced on Thursday. Hall will take over the program following the conclusion of the NCAA Championships in March.
  11. Since I've spent a decent time recently manually entering and then analyzing the results of every 125 match so far this year, I can tell you that Greg Diakomihalis - from a performance perspective - is certainly capable of being a starter, a national qualifier, and win a couple matches at nationals. It just so happens he is on one of a handful of teams that has quality depth at the weight class. Others notables being Penn (Gallagher and Miller), NC State (Camacho and Trombley)

  13. So if Vito and Cornella are out - ill go with this as a prediction: 125: Ungar dec Trombley 3-0 (after which, Camacho will get the starting nod) 133: Kai Orine fall Ethan Qereshi 3-6 141: Ryan Jack major Josh Saunders 3-10 149: Jackson Arrington dec Ethan Fernandez (I think this could easily become a major) 3-13 157: Meyer Shapiro dec Ed Scott 6-13 165: Julian Ramirez dec Derek Fields 9-13 174: Alex Faison dec Benny Baker 9-16 184: Fishback dec Foca 9-19 197: Hidlay dec Cardenas 9-22 285: Fernandes dec Trephan 12-22, Wolfpack
  14. I think then you'd also have 174 which should be Baker vs Faison - with Faison as a favorite
  15. Wonder who goes out at 125 - Trombley or Camacho?
  16. People who I know from outside of wrestling (which is like 99% of people I know) are very normal and don't have as much tragedy or success as wrestlers I know.
  17. I guess its just me then. Truly it seem to be very polarized - with many having great life success and also a higher number than expected facing death by accidental causes, drug overdoses, etc.
  18. Not when he hears he made the staff of the All-Italian team
  19. While we're talking about awkward Italian moments, I present you with the following:
  20. Unusually bad headache is a key sign. For us it was the furnace in the basement that had the ventilation tube blocked and my room was the next obvious place for the gas to escape. Our family doctor eventually diagnosed it and asked us to check the carbon monoxide again. We used a new detector and it went off sure enough.
  21. I'm with Jensen although I also call off work is Presbyterian has a dual vs Davidson
  22. Is it just me or do we have more than our fair share of personal tragedies in our sport? Some of the most tragic stories im aware of are in the wrestling world. Is this just in my imagination or Is there any possible explanation for the causation/correlation?
