Not sure what ramifications there actually will be. If none, there is nothing stopping him from transferring out right now.

Pico would need to make some lifestyle changes. He missed 145 on day before weigh-ins a few fights ago, didn't he? And that is like ~34 hours, not 24 hours.

A ) Not sure he makes 65 KG with today's weigh in rules. He missed weight a few fights ago on day before weigh-ins. B ) He isn't #2 at 145 so I am not sure what he is saying there. Kennedy technically beat him a couple fights ago and hasn't lost since. Not to mention Borics, who just fought for the title still holds a thrilling victory on him. That puts him at #4 on that roster, at best (#3 if they do the dumb C-1-2-3 rather than 1-2-3-4 stuffa like the UFC).

Edmond Ruth (#3 174lber on every rankings service except Flo - #5) just lost to some guy not even ranked at 174lbs.
