    To add. From the little I know about law. The DA/Prosecutors won't move forward with a case unless they're fairly certain the case is winnable. Is this correct @VakAttack

    I love blasting Jimmy for a lot of his threads but this time he's not to be blamed. First saw the rumor on Twitter (about the ESPN announcement) and then checked on HR and they were discussing it. It was a good hour before it made it on this board.
