  1. & Then a few miles down the road you have Bethlehem PA home to arguably one of the greatest wrestlers to ever walk the face of the Earth, Dwayne Johnson.
  2. One of the most random attacks I've ever seen on these forums. @feet2backwhat's your beef with Princeton?
  3. You're missing a huge piece of the North's victory in the Civil War. The often forgotten Anaconda Plan culminating at the siege on Vicksburg which in many ways was as important or if not more important than Gettysburg or Sherman's march.
  4. Jimmy's opening a new establishment in Vegas. Welcher's Casino
  5. If we're stepping outside of the wrestling arena then you'd have to go with Gavrilo Princip
  6. How about GOAT Assassin? Larry Owings or Matt Ramos?
  7. To save this board from Jimmy dropping more positional GOAT threads and cluttering up the board here's a thread to list each GOAT in every position in wrestling. Neutral Goat Single Leg Goat Low Single Goat Double Leg Goat Blast Double Goat Running Double Goat Sprawl Goat High Crotch Goat Firemans Goat Escape Goat Reversal Goat etc etc etc
  8. All these years I thought Dan Hodge was , is, and will be the GOAT on top
  9. Great point about PSU fans ranking Taylor over Ruth. It's impossible to accurately rank any "greatest of all time"
  10. Yes, that is a likely lineup. Haven't heard anything about PSU being on Traux's radar but it would fit. If not Traux then insert Barr. I believe Carter is on record stating he doesn't care about winning a 5th. He seems to already have one foot out the door.
  11. Good chance Levi hits a growth spurt, takes a RS and we never see him wrestle under 174 again. Heck next time we watch him wrestle might be 184 and he'll finish his career at 197. Take a look at his dad during the NCAA finals. He's a big man. Starrocci is staying put at 174 and most likely doesn't come back for his 5th. Most likely Brooks goes up to 197.
  12. There is no early buzz that Traux is heading to Iowa. @Jimmy Cinnabon again is just regurgitating something he saw on HR except this time no one on HR is even claiming Iowa is pursuing him.
  13. Every wrestler who lost their senior year NCAA tournament due to Covid was hit worse than Spencer Lee.
  14. If only we could've watched those two wrestle.
  15. There's too much recency bias with Lee to rank him appropriately versus the field. I think we can all agree his the best all time 125 pounder. On the 3X timer list I'd imagine he'd come in somewhere around 12th.
  16. Yes, my response was meant to mock Starrocci...rereading it I'm realizing I did a bad job. As a fan Im not too pleased with the recent inflated egoism running rampant in the Nittany Lion program
  17. Been saying this for years. Aaron Brooks is far better at Freestyle than he is at Folk. Starrocci isn't at his level in Free and AB would make easy work of him. When AB came into Colorado Springs after his senior year of HS he pushed a lot of the senior level wrestlers. Left quite an impression.
  18. Carter seems like a different animal. His ego isn't complacent like RBY's. He wants to continue feeding it which makes him that much more dangerous
  19. I'm waiting for Starrocci to start referring to himself in 3rd person before entertaining the idea he'll cut to '65 for NCAA's.
  20. Had to jump on a plane. He's on tour for The Twelve Carat
  21. My mistake. I believe its about what went down at okie state
  22. Below is the criteria for near fall. Highlighted the 4 inch criteria for you. Nothing in that exchange that I could see met the criteria Section 5. Near Fall Art. 1. Near Fall Criteria. A near fall is a position in which the offensive wrestler has the opponent in a controlled pinning situation in which any one of the following three criteria are met: a. The defensive wrestler is held in a high bridge or on both elbows; b. Any part of one shoulder or scapula, or the head is touching the mat and the other shoulder or scapula is held at an angle of 45 degrees or less to the mat; or c. Any part of both shoulders or both scapulae are held within four inches of the mat. In any pinning situation,
