  1. I mean in terms of coaching, Princeton is a literal no brainer. Add some money and admin support… viola! My grandma could coach a couple of national champs.
  2. Was great to see Princeton with a National champ. Who wouldn’t want to go to Princeton?
  3. I remember when a wrestling meet with Cornell was over in about 35 minutes. Took so long because the wrestlers had to get on and off the mat.
  4. I’d put him somewhere around Taylor potentially, with much to prove. But Dake every bit as much a physical anomaly and much stronger mentally.
  5. What happened to Max? He didn’t even look hurt.
  6. This reminds me of the time Koll pulled a young simaz out of a match with Varner because it was clear simaz young career would be over another minute on that mat, that day.
  7. My bad. I should have utilized the wrestler's name and avoided assumption. I get a little sloppy with proofreading (I don't at all). I am good with wrestler's taking their time across their careers. I think they used to run out of their careers as fast as possible and make a living. Nowadays, programs are finding benefits to staying in, either financial or educational.
  8. I am going to start rating people's brains. And bob dole will add these ratings to the profile.
  9. Gabe was much better on his feet. Better hips of the two. More legit action.
  10. I feel like his Brother Gabe was the better wrestler by far. Was impressed to see him take the leap in the finals while at Cornell, to the credit of the Cornell staff. Fun fact, he blanked (6-0) this year's Blue Collar Champion (197) Nino his finalist season while in a Cornell singlet.
  11. He’s a finalist, finished 7th this year. Did everyone figure him out?
  12. What happened to Max this year? Injured, regressed, distracted, HEW?
  13. I said this every time I hit the mat. I'm nothing if not realistic.
  14. Jimmy 'I'll gladly pay you Tuesday' Cinnabum
  15. I don’t blame him for not wrestling back. No team placement implications were at stake in either direction. Guys leave this sport with an assortment of physical handicaps. Why add to that for hubris
  16. Contact tracing was a failed concept from the start. The goal with everything you mentioned was reduced hospitalizations so that people had access to essential services. People have a right to essential services. I don’t even know what to do with religious exemptions. Sounds like a death cult.
  17. Training at PSU is just a distraction, flat out. I feel like their mental preparation is based on pseudoscience and mysticism.
  18. Whenever I was pinned, I accepted it as a failure. I knew I could get better. And sure enough, I developed a world class bridge. It was my best move. My go to move. It was feared.
