  1. Maybe (gasp) he already had the infection before he set foot on a mat at NCAAs? Or, alternatively, he contracted his infection through skin to skin contact? The assumption that he contracted it from failed UV cleaning of the mat is kind of crazy. Also, to the crowd: UV doesn’t kill bacteria, viruses, etc. Anyone with a clue would know that. It works by damaging the DNA/RNA of the bacteria/virus and preventing it from reproducing. It’s regularly used in aquaculture to eliminate disease in fish production operations. I have a 36w UV sterilizer in my 140 gallon aquarium’s filter action system. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. So, a 125lb guy who had a night before weigh-in would have the same physical ability as that same guy, who made 125 an hour before he had to wrestle? The science of exercise physiology would suggest you are very much wrong. A guy who weighs 135 and sweats off 10lbs to make 125 is going to perform completely differently on a night before weigh in (and can use IVs) vs that same guy doing the same thing with only an hour to rehydrate. It’s a pretty widely studied topic in physiology and it’s kind of crazy that you believe that. Guys from the 80s/90s would most likely have to go up two whole modern weights to not get their teeth kicked in. Here’s an excerpt from a paper written by a coach of some of the world’s best cyclists: “Fatigue toward the end of a prolonged sporting event may result as much from dehydration as from fuel substrate depletion. Exercise performance is impaired when an individual is dehydrated by as little as 2% of body weight. Losses in excess of 5% of body weight can decrease the capacity for work by about 30% (Armstrong et al. 1985; Craig and Cummings 1966; Maughan 1991; Sawka and Pandolf 1990).” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Most of them would fall over dead making weight and then wrestling on a 1-hr weigh in. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. Just imagine the absolute pistol whipping an 80s or early 90s, night-before 125 or 133 would get at the hands of a Cael at PSU-era, 1-hr weigh-in 125 or 133. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Tell me, where did you learn about the alleged Ukrainian atrocities in Donbas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I think Penn State wins 149 and up under modern weigh in rules. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Brooks has one year, Starocci has two. Starocci is the only potential five timer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. He’s either 2-1 or 3-1 against him. I’d bet on Starocci. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. He’s a defense attorney, you clown. You are the Dunning-Kruger effect, personified. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. This is what I’m hearing: Person A: Beats the shit out of Cop A Cop B: Fears for his/her life, decides not to intervene with violent mob. Random internet dude: Person A is innocent of beating up Cop A because Cop B didn’t do anything! This is insane. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. If it was a Brady violation, he would still be in jail pending a new trial. They don’t just open up a jail cell and release you when your lawyer claims something. He also wouldn’t have been released to a halfway house if he had been found not guilty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. So it’s not exculpatory evidence, though, because that would have to be filed with a court, a new trial would have to be conducted, etc. All of which would be public record. Sorry, I don’t believe you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. By sorted out, do you mean, “The state of Florida will abide by the terms of the legal agreement they entered into.”? They don’t get to tear up a legal agreement simply because they don’t like it. Disney even had public hearing notice and comment meetings. Florida simply failed to notice. 16. He was released because prisons are overcrowded and he’d served enough of his sentence. He did not successfully appeal his conviction, or any other legal avenue to be found not guilty. He was simply released because, as his lawyer clearly said, BOP math. Only murderers and rapists, if that, serve a full sentence. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  20. Wait. Above, you called it propaganda. Either it was unreadable, so you didn’t read it, or you did read it, and after careful consideration, you decided it’s propaganda. Which is it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. You know that Coleman goes to Iowa State and Brooks is a 3x B1G champ, right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Well, Amine’s uncle wants him to go up to 174 to “humble” Starocci. So that would resolve the weight class issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Who has Disney ruined, cancelled or killed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. He’ll be fine once he gets on the typical pre-BUD/S “program”. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. It seems like your second paragraph aligns with what Disney espouses. Seriously. I don’t think that Disney’s viewpoint is particularly political. Nor are their products. What is political about showing that gay characters exist? Two dudes up the street from me are gay; is their very existence political? Is my acknowledgment of them political? Wouldn’t it be political to willfully and knowingly exclude them, based on pressures from a local or state government? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
