No. We are sending M483A1 155mm rounds. GPS enabled 155mm rounds with submunitions are not dumb, Vietnam-era clusterbombs. There is a massive difference. Also, trainloads of 20-40 year old men from Ukraine arrive in Germany every day… for military training. The 200k Russian troops will be the poorest equipped and trained yet. They are sending 1940s-era relics to the front these days. T54s/55s. M483A1s will chew through those like a can opener opening a pack of sardines. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Also, Russia revoked their participation in the Geneva Convention’s provisions on war crimes. Can’t commit a war crime (legally speaking) on someone from a country that pulled out of that agreement. Sucks to be a Russian soldier; protections go both ways. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-russia-warcrimes-convention/russias-putin-revokes-geneva-convention-protocol-on-war-crimes-victims-idUSKBN1WW2IN Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We aren’t sending cluster bombs. Also, the US is sending expired, soon to be expired, or munitions that we don’t use in training. Things we have to pay to destroy anyways. So, instead of shipping them across the US, we fly them to Ukraine to get some live-fire weapons testing…for free. We get to see how our stuff stacks up against what was purportedly the second best army in the world, with no risk to American servicemen. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Also, I’m not sure how conclusive video of that lobby will be. I put my hand in four different phone cubbyholes before finding an empty one today. Now imagine hundreds of people doing that. Unless every cubby has a camera (doubt) in it, or someone has their hand palm-up when depositing said coke in the cubbyhole, video won’t tell investigators anything other than who put their hand in that cubby in a given timeframe. Likely a double digit number of people. Busy place. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Couple of points. A very large number of people work there. Hundreds of visitors every day. I’m more inclined to believe young staffer than anything else. Also, I think Hunter wouldn’t bother taking it out of his pocket, if it was his. And then there’s this: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Iowa wrestlers facing gambling penalties? (from Iowa forum)

Jimmy, this may come as a surprise to you, but you don’t have to repeat every unsubstantiated rumor you hear or read about college kids. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
That’s your list of “far more intelligent persons”? Russell Brand? An extreme narcissist who doesn’t understand that the US can have an interest in helping defeat Russia that doesn’t stem primarily from funneling money to US contractors? That a deal that gives parts of Ukraine to Russia is not acceptable to Zelenskyy? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Quick check in on Tucker Carlson's "video views"

He’s literally the reason Fox had to pay nearly 900 million dollars in the first of many lawsuits. He admitted that he knowingly spread lies about a variety of topics. It’s one thing to have an opinion; he knowingly spread a narrative he knew to be false. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

/s is common internet parlance indicating sarcasm. Having worked at USAFA and being friends with several others who work there, I can assure you that the combatives program is a waste of time for an athlete of Wyatt Hendrickson’s caliber. It’s for the average cadet at USAFA, checking a box for combat-ish readiness training. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So, the Democrat controlled Congress didn’t have a single anti-230 bill make it out of committee in either house. What is the point you are trying to make? But, here is our favorite former wrestler with HIS plan to kill off 230: https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/house-republicans-draft-bill-to-strip-big-tech-companies-of-section-230-protections.amp Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Your thoughts on SCOTUS decision on student loan denial

Wait. So he didn’t clamp down on production through EO, bill signedbjnto law, government agency, etc.? What you said was…wrong? Got it. Like I said. The domestic oil production three month rolling average has increased every month he’s been in office. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Clampdown on oil production? Where? How? Industry statistics show a three month rolling average that continually increases. https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/crude-oil-production Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

The president can’t end 230 without congress. As we learned in a recent court case, the president doesn’t make the law. Which is why Facebook lobbies Congress hard, on both sides of the aisle, to maintain 230. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

The legal consequences being the end of Section 230 if someone decides to sue them and succeeds. That was pretty clear to me. My commanding officer has legal authority to ask me to do just about anything within the bounds of the law. If I disagree with an order’s legality, I better be ready to back that up with a damn good reason as to why I feel it is illegal. The executive has no power over companies other than enforcement of the law. The government can ASK anyone to moderate their content; they cannot FORCE Facebook to do it. I haven’t seen anything indicating that they were planning to arrest anyone at FB for failure to comply. No hints of developers being arrested, etc. An originalist/textualist reading of this would have to conclude that there is no government-on-person injury here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

The evidence in the case begins in 2017. It seems absolutely insane that they are suing Biden for the actions of several companies. Particularly when those companies did many of these things when he wasn’t president. Also, the funny thing in the MO AG’s statement is that it uses the word that is the fatal flaw in their case: “ask”. The government didn’t censor anyone; it *asked* social medial platforms to control misinformation, which they did, willingly. I imagine this will get crushed 6-3 at SCOTUS. The entire case is built on non-existent case law. There’s nothing to support this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Oh. I like it. Let's add different modes of running on the track. The 100m and 200m backwards run. The 100m and 200m skip. The 100m and 200m jumping jack. The 4x100m forwards/backwards/skipping/jumping jack medley.
