    I’m not sure what Rocky’s strategy was in that match. He hasn’t wrestled much this year and in most cases he hasn’t wrestled hard when he is on the mat. Hopes he okay.

    Yeah, I agree. I'm not sure what Penn State's depth is like at 174lbs, but I feel like they have someone that could have filled in if Starocci's season was actually over. Also, why do people have to make cryptic tweets like this!

    Kade had a disappointing Big 12 tournament. Looks like his season is in fact done. Prior to the incident I thought that he was a real dark horse.

    All due respect to the wrestlers, but I've watched a couple matches and I find it hard to believe that some of these guys are D1 wrestlers... is that just the difference in talent vs some of the bigger conferences? I feel like it wasn't even fair when Mizzou was in the MAC!

    Warrior is mostly an MMA movie, but it does feature a clip of one of the fighters wrestling in their youth. It's a really good movie overall too.

    I remember in high school the best wrestler on our team lost in the finals to J'Den. I was so confused how a freshman beat this senior who I thought was unstoppable. In hindsight the loss makes so much more sense.

    Michael Pixley was an NAIA champ and he was a top recruit coming out of high school. The rumor I heard was that he didn't have the grades for any D1 program, unfortunate because he probably could have had his pick.

    They deserve it! Mizzou has been consistently outwrestled. I'm just noting that for whatever reason, maybe because they can't hang with Cornell, Mizzou is wrestling slower and with less skill than I'm used to seeing.
