  1. Second place could end up being pretty competitive. Michigan, Iowa, Ohio State, Virginia Tech, Arizona State, Missouri, Iowa State, Nebraska, NC State, Oklahoma State could all be in the convo
  2. Sammy Sasso majored Starocci when CS was a freshman. He's the only one to bonus Starocci during high school
  3. That is my understanding. If they don't enter by tomorrow and do wish to transfer after, Bono or equivalent will need to sign off
  4. Unless I'm mistaken tomorrow is the last day before the portal closes
  5. 125: Figueroa 133: Ysaguirre or Chlebove 141: Vasquez 149: Parco 157: Teemer 165: McLane 174: Valencia 184: Montalvo 197: Fagen 285: Schultz
  6. If so that is a strange rule. The institution for which they compete will almost definitely be a primary input into how beneficial they are as a sponsor
  7. I could be wrong but my impression was that boosters offer NIL through their personal local businesses and usually worded in such a way that a departure by the student from the university would amount to the nullification of that contract. Car dealership in Ames can't expect to benefit from marketing with an Athlete based in Ann Arbor, so they would add in some protection in the agreement for the business. Of course the athlete is free to pursue other opportunities in his new location. I don't think the school itself is paying these amounts
  8. Here is more. People are starting to speak up about it
  9. Mesenbrink to win the title this year at 165. Defeating O'Toole along the way
  10. Hard to say with Mineo. Usually it's wrong, but maybe part of it was based on a partial truth at one point in time.
  11. I have one bold prediction per year. The year prior was guaranteed bonus points by Hamiti on Marinelli
  12. I thought based on the thread title that @PortaJohnwas answering his calling and becoming a priest
  13. Wisconsin future looks pretty grim outside of Hamiti and to a lesser extent, Amos and Mike Tal-Shahar. Upper classmen Barnett and Gomez remain but the rest of the roster looks rough. Meanwhile Wisconsin continues to get better on the youth scene while the Badgers don't get any consideration from these guys as they are spurned for Missouri and Penn State
  14. 138-3 in high school in New Jersey. 2× State Champ, 2× State Runner Up. (Only one division for individuals in NJ) 133 lber who was ranked pretty high as a prospect
  15. Joey Cruz, Oklahoma enters the portal. Oklahoma being gutted right now
  16. It's a cynical view about AA talent becoming concentrated among the top tier of teams
  17. Guys I'm waiting to see if they enter the portal: Mike Caliendo Anthony Noto Cooper Flynn
