  1. I knew he was a good wrestler. I didn't know he couldn't count. Next time Cael will count for him and yell to him what the score is.
  2. So back to actual coaching candidates instead of predicting the demise of the program... with Reader back in Wisconsin for next year, who are some options? August Wesley comes to mind immediately
  3. I couldn't help it. I voted for Mesenbrink
  4. Angelo Rini has transferred from Columbia to Indiana! @Southend
  5. Xavier Doolin from Northern Colorado to Morgan State
  6. Harman and Whiting both leaving in the same year. I guess O'Toole bumping up can have that effect when there was an existing logjam at 174/184
  7. Sam Mitchell from Buffalo where he was a national qualifier last year at 197 to Wyoming where he will be heavyweight. Max Elton, part of the Buffalo exodus is transferring to Lock Haven where he will redshirt next year. Northern Illinois gets two good youngsters with plenty of eligibility. Markel Baker from George mason at 125 and Spencer Mooberry from North Dakota State at 197.
  8. Hunter Mayes of Lehigh back in the portal
  9. thanks, does this also apply to my question about the portal in which it seemed different sources had different facts?
  10. In other words if everyone else is too cowardly to do it, point me in the right direction and I'll do it. I've always looked down on cowards so if you ask me to do it I will lose all respect for you; but if I believe the mission to be noble I will see it through anyway
  11. My guess is Mark Perry who was outed as being a creep long ago.
  12. Starocci talking shit and then backing down from Burroughs is laughably pathetic
  13. Alirez vs Bartlett is gonna be incredible if it happens that way
  14. Wrestlestat is now showing both Swiderski and Chittum on RS for next year
  15. Starocci seems like he has a DeSanto type mentality that just happens to have been kept in check better.
  16. I don't have access to the transfer portal itself, and maybe if I did, I could answer my own question. But when I consider that between WrestleStat, Flo, and Intermat, the records of the transfer portal are overlapping in many cases, but there are significant portions which are also just unique to each source. Is the format of the transfer portal very difficult to intepret which leads to all of these differences in reporting? We then have cases of wrestlers announcing something on Instragram/Twitter, but it just doesn't get picked up by any of the major sources. So my list above attempts to be a catch all of all of the major sources and twitter feeds, but if you see anything you catch, please let me know. I am only one man.
  17. between Tyler Knox and Aden Valencia - which one do you think is better suited to bump to 141?

  19. Chase Kranitz from Buffalo to Pitt
  20. Sounds like the rumor is that Tannelli would leave Columbia to take Brewer's spot at Virginia Tech. Which would open up a head coach role at Columbia
  21. Are they expected to? Would be a shame
  22. Michigan would make sense for Flynn
  23. Exactly my thoughts. Unless someone from the Penn staff is leaving for the Buffalo job after being unhappy with the Valenti hire. Otherwise I think Tanelli could be poached by someone
  24. on way to earning third place at VEWL in 1994, I hit a kid from Emmaus with a headlock and his chin hit his collarbone on the way down in a way that left him in a state of immense pain and had to use a stretcher to take him off the mat. i developed a semi-friendship with him over the years and the last match we ever had, he finally beat me for the first time. he ended up taking 6th for Kutztown at PSAC back in the day.
