    Not really. They weren't the only one. Another school did similarly in that in the earlier years of this process once the data went in it went in. After these (I don't know which happened first) they changed the process such that the trainer entered the initial data and then had the coach corroborate it later. Previously, the trainers did it by themselves. Sometimes the trainers didn't fully grasp the process where the kids sometimes went in just to see where they were (essentially doing a weight check).

    Interesting that the AD said nothing was reported. ADs either at least occasionally visit or they don't. Neither answer is a good one for something like this.

    I got that but you're assuming that that time span (1.5) affects them equally. They're different people in different cultures. It's not like one is 35 and the other 25 where you can probably assume the 35 is past his prime and the other just coming into it.

    Snyder is 28 now (11/20/95). Sad is 27 soon to be 28 (5/9/96). So fewer than 6 months.

    Hard to see definitively given the lighting but when the commentator started saying one knee down (during the replay) then said right knee down, the right knee looked slightly up to me. On a different note- the actual clock and the graphic clock were 0.1 seconds different.

    I would assume Ok St feels they have to open the position up- even if as a formality and can't declare a head coach until that is fulfilled.

    I wouldn't say the scoring mechanism was very different- slightly with bonus as I recall. What might have been more significant was that the consolations were follow the quarter-finalists. Probably didn't make that much difference to Iowa but it would have eliminated a round or two in the consies. I don't see that they had a 118 or Hwt which affected them more.
