  1. James Green is starting to become like KISS - too many farewell tours.
  2. What if it suddenly turns out Carter is actually closer to the Downey's and Ferrari's of the world than we had previously thought possible? Maybe even worse?
  3. he just can't commit to the bit. Talks all that trash online, and then drops it all when the cameras are on him. He's not much better than us common internet trolls.
  4. I think Carter also needs a trainer for his trash talking.
  5. Oh, right... 3 point takedown came out since the last time I put on a stalling clinic.
  6. I don't always get a takedown, but when I do, I stall my way to a 2-1 win.
  7. My sophomore year, one of my teammates got taken down within 30 seconds of a match and his ankle straight up was twisted out to the side. We caught only a glimpse of it, but it was nasty. We called him on the bus ride back home when he was at the hospital & he told us how awesome the morphine was.
  8. Need Ragusin's thoughts on this matter.
  9. HAH - Clown activity. Yes, I remember his whole bum wrestling thing. Glad it finally caught up to him.
  10. It's like the perfect amount of whack job, conspiracy nut shit mixed with his usual brand of arrogance that makes you think "oh, this dude is totally insane!" It's nowhere near the worst from a Cornell grad though - that honor goes to Dylan Palacio.
  11. That + an injury early on last season. It ultimately played out in the best way for him though.
  12. Dude has the most punchable face in the wrestling community. Otherwise, he's not that much different from the other wrestling content mills to me.
  13. We'll see. His track record suggests otherwise, but Rider does seem to be a great place for Jersey guys who need a 2nd (or 4th, in his case) chance.
  14. Valenti will be associate head coach for 2024-2025, and then become the head coach for 2025-2026. What are our thoughts on this one? Literally just opened up X to see this announcement.
  15. Tony Caravella was an AA for Bloomsburg from wayyyy back in the day.
  16. Brick Memorial has a longstanding tradition of being a perennial state power in New Jersey. Even still, their recent influx of kids going D1 is very impressive.
  17. All of your assessments here are correct. 165 has pretty much been a guaranteed L for Rutgers since Richie departed, and that is far too long a time. I get that White had a very good redshirt season, and Goodale bet on him to improve with some muscle tacked on 65, but it's not even close to enough to hang. Time to move on and go portal. SCW is not on the level to compete yet. Heard rumors that he beats Turley in the room, but then got demolished by Incontera during the Penn dual. I hope a seasoned Turley comes back for one more go after seeing that. Agree with the Soldano RS, but the Rutgers fandom's answer to "who would replace him?" is always a delusional one. "Poz should cut to 184 where he has the strength," they say. I hate to say it, but Poznanski's most recent go at 197 looked marginally better than his last go at 184. I have faith in him to AA up 97 while we go pick up a solid 184 in the portal.
  18. Bo Nickal is not exactly a beacon for thoughtful insight, especially when it comes to analyzing a match involving a Penn State wrestler...
  19. Hah, makes sense. I remember the buzz around the state tournament that year was over the runner-up who had come from a very low seed to make the finals. Everyone knew the pin in the finals was inevitable though. He will absolutely have a great life ahead of him, and wish nothing but the best.
  20. Gable shows up, techs the field, does not go to the Olympics due to "contractual obligations to the WWE." Parris has a decent run as the backup.
