chael told me rulon would finish every practice and then line everyone up and go live goes with everyone of them... watching him from 3 feet away at 51 a few months ago i believe every story i have ever heard... it will be an huge honor for my younger to be in the same Top Team singlet as rulon this week...

i heard late last week that zaddick was in talks... and nickerson was 100% made an offer and immediately pulled... it was substantial...

i reffed a couple of practice matches of his a couple of months ago... he had already got back down to 315 by december... he is a different type of human... do not sleep on his chances...

i have been around Tara for several years... never have had a real conversation or anything, but, know people who she knew so we ended up in the same rooms several times... she is a sweetheart and has an infectiously happy and positive personality... i wish her well in whatever she chooses to do for the rest of her time here...

i feel compelled to say this... my younger son has had his ass kicked all over this country and this planet... luke is hands down the best wrestler he has ever been beat down by... more importantly, luke comes from one the best families i have ever encountered in this game... if you all want someone to get behind, this is the kid...

So, last fall the boy had a “super” match with another Greco fargo champ at one of the RMN… stage… lights… all that jazz… they ended the show… He had not competed since fargo, so, probably 3-4 months… during that time he was training daily with a senior athlete… after the show was over and we were walking back to the car, out of the blue he says… I love wrestling… that was it… it wasn’t I love winning… he’s been winning since he was 5 at every physical activity he has tried… it is about competition and your own highest level of performance… winning is just a by product… I understand others have a different point of view and they also have different resumes…

you are not wrong... i havent listened to it in forever, but, the kid will pull out black every once in a while... i do not get mad when that happens...

sure it would to a normal... but it had nothing to do with that... in fact quite the opposite... you wouldn't understand at all... i was racing till i was 40... the younger kid raced from 5 till about 11... wrestle on saturday and race on sunday was every weekend... we still will hit the track for a play day when we can... white picket fences and manicured lawns don't mean shit to us... that is a slow death and there is nothing worse than that...

schultz has been wrestling the same way since i have known him which was about 14... listen to his interview after worlds last year... i think there is more than he just got figured out... regardless, it at least makes heavy a little interesting...

watching the re-edited version of rocky IV right now... stallone went back and re-edited the film during the boogie bug days as a 70+ year old man... it is topical to the current discussion and well worth the watch...

apparently, i did not get the memo...

just as a parable... my oldest did not win one match his first 2-1/2 years wrestling... every weekend we would by him his own paper bracket... he would go out and get cradled up in 23 seconds... he would come back to the bleachers and count how many matches he needed to win to bring home a medal... then next match go get cradled up in 23 seconds... every single weekend...

i have been waiting for vera to shine for quite some time... i have kinda given up... i dont think he van get by the kind of tounghness that stefanowicz has the capability of bringing... i don even rcognize anyone else at 97 except rau... i really do not know about the practice room with schultz and coon, but, i know how the matches went... i do not rate coon very much as a greco wrestler, but, i recognize how big he is and he is incredibly smart... schultz has had a tough year... take all of this with the usual grain of salt...
