  1. If this falls through, we will need a thread titled "I really enjoyed the possiblitiy of 1V2 happening during the regular season or at all Era."
  2. I got Choco Chip and extra Choco Choco Chip. I also have no-bake cookies too. I might eat those up rather quickly, though, so if you want that you have to be quick.
  3. We all already know what is going to happen if (when) Davis takes the starting spot over. "Howard was still hurt ergo my claim of him being a lock was not incorrect because his health should have been an assumed 'what if' in that scenario." - WhoeverTFSaidHeWasALock Now... if Howard keeps the spot and brings home AA honors - I will happily admit that my reasoning is that I was wrong and not come up with some other bullshit, yet logical excuse that should have been considered with much more respect and understanding.
  4. Hold on now! If Howard is a LOCK to AA and Davis gets the nod over him because he beats him out then Davis is also assuredly a lock to AA. He will probably win it all, if we're being honest here.
  5. Curious if there are any sort of bylaws, rules, or stipulations insofar as Code of Conduct and shit talking the NCAA. Anything in there that might get him (or anything Terry has said publicly) some sort of fine or ban or suspension? The B1G just suspended Harbaugh for the balance of the regular season simply for getting caught doing what everyone else everywhere is doing. Cited Sportsmanship. The Brands Bros are publicly bashing the NCAA governing body as it currently is. That is worse, right?
  6. Getting pretty damn stoked here, gents... Flo has a couple of preview articles up as of now: https://www.flowrestling.org/articles/11463234-2023-bill-farrell-preview-predictions-mens-freestyle https://www.flowrestling.org/articles/11464329-2023-womens-freestyle-bill-farrell-memorial-international-preview No 'picks' made but for MFS they do list these as the 'favorites' 57 KG - Spencer Lee 65 KG - Jesse Mendez - Austin DeSanto - Pat Lugo - Yahya Thomas 74 KG - Jason Nolf 86 KG - Mark Hall - Alex Dieringer - Trent Hidlay - Max Dean - Evan Wick 97 KG - Mike Macchiavello 285 KG - Nick Gwiazdowski
  7. Right. Cool story, bro. You want a cookie?
  8. A few things I find interesting about every single ranking outlet is the following, in regards to 184... Flo, TOM, Intermat, and College Wrestling Report all have it as: 1 - Keckeisen, UNI 2 - Truax, PSU 3 - Munoz, OSUW 4 - Plott, OSU 5 - Feldkamp, ISU 6 - Salazar, MIN It seems, to me, that the gents coming in to the weight are getting the benefit of the doubt with the humans. I say that because Wrestlestat's Ratings have it as: 1 - Keckeisen, UNI - 1628.32 2 - Munoz, OSUW - 1567.41 3 - Truax, PSU - 1550.65 4 - Feldkamp, ISU - 1526.15 5 - Plott, OSU - 1517.18 6 - Salazar, MIN - 1508.77 I would likely also do the same, myself. I am curious why every human ranking format does as well. Plott didn't exactly blow 174 out of the water last year and 10/18 of Truax's victories last year were a one takedown match - so he wasn't exactly blowing the rooftop off the barn either. Plott took a lot of wide-score losses last season and Truax's got decked the last time he wrestled Munoz.
  9. Pretty well. You know it's pretty easy to trace your IP and know exactly who you are, as well as your other accounts, correct?
  10. Hey, Feaucuntibon. Howareyehnow?
  11. Damn it! I was legitimately like... why the hell are they talking about Matt Ramos? Then it clicked. Brayden. Not Braeden. I crossed threads. I thought you were talking Braeden Davis not Brayden Palmer. I had no doubts that Palmer would be going.
  12. I'd take those odds every day. Twice on Tuesdays.
  13. What? Okay, yes... at Folkstyle. Overall wrestling resume? Come off, you!
  14. 125 Ayala, IOWA over Kaylor, OSUW via Major Iowa 4-0 133 Wisenhunt, OSUW over Ybarra, IOWA via Major Tied 4-4 141 Woods, IOWA over Belton, OSUW via Decision Iowa 7-4 149 Voinovich, IOWA over Tolentino, OSUW via Decision Iowa 10-4 157 Franek, IOWA over Menke, OSUW via Tech Iowa 15-4 165 Caliendo, IOWA over Olguin, OSUW via Major (If Fouret it is a Tech for Caliendo) Iowa 19-4 174 Wittlake, OSUW over Riggins, IOWA via Decision (If Arnold it is a Decision for Arnold) Iowa 19-7 184 Munoz, OSUW over Swafford, IOWA via Decision Iowa 19-10 197 Glazier, IOWA over OSUW via Decision (I think it is a Decision whoever they send out) Iowa 22-10 285 McDermott, OSUW over Hill, IOWA via Pinfall Iowa 22-16 Wrestlestat Permalink: https://www.wrestlestat.com/compare/perma/679/iowa-vs-oregon-state A few notes: Ayala could push for a tech over Kaylor at 125. I think Woods will control Belton fairly easily. Same with Voinovich at 149. I think Caliendo is on a mission. I think Arnold is a better 174lber than Wittlake, if they are to meet up. I think Swafford proves he is a R12/R16 type contender in this match. I think McDermott is on a mission.
  15. He did capitalize the names.
  16. Richards made a leap this last year and it wasn't a physical one, necessarily. He has put a lot of time in to allowing himself to be coached and implementing the perfect gameplans while also sticking to fundamentally sound roots. As an American I am proud to see how much he has improved. Now everyone at 57 KG has to go through the challenge tourney. It's going to be insane.
  17. Flo has two gents ranked at 174 for Oklahoma.
  18. I think 2023 WTT Gilman destroys the HWC one as well. He isn't regressing. He was gameplanned for.
  19. Not sure. He is a good example of Freestyle =/= Folkstyle due to his tenacious style - which a lot of folks to attribute to the 'Iowa' style mentality. That said, I do think that the WC version of Gillman absolutely destroys the World Silver version of him at Iowa. He has grown a lot at Penn State.
  20. Which was why I wanted two things... - Fix to go 125lbs for NCAAs... - Arujau to go 65 KG for OTT.
