He beat Peyton Robb (8-5) in the R16, lost to Deakin in the QF, and hit AOC in R12. Had AOC beat with < 10s to go and had a mental lapse that resulted in AOC getting a late TD to win by 1.

Draft: Thursday, March 9, 2023 @ 9:30pm EST Link to Draft Board Once everyone is logged into the draft, I’ll randomly sort the participant list to determine draft order. Draft picks will be made in this thread, facilitated by VakAttack (i.e., he’ll prompt you to pick if you’re running slow.) I will log the pick on the Draft Board as it is made. Time to make your selection will be loosely policed at 2min. The selection process will take place in a reversing-snake pattern. i.e., the selection order works as follows: Round 1: 1 through 15 Round 2: 15 through 1 Note: #1 and #15 will make two consecutive picks as the order reverses itself round-to-round Each participant selects a wrestler for each weight class (125-285), plus one ‘Wild Card’. The ‘Wild Card’ can be selected any time during the draft process. The penalty for excessive lateness during a selection will result in the pick being skipped for that round, and that pick moved to the end of draft. (VakAttack’s discretion) All eleven selections (125-285, plus WC) count toward the participants summary score. Scoring will be downloaded from TrackWrestling (data provided using My Wrestlers) at the end of each round and updated/published on the same Google Sheet used for the Draft. Suggestions: Highly recommend that you open two browser windows. Here's my take on the top four at 184: Brooks’ seed at 184 is perfectly reasonable. Let’s begin with the understanding that only the current season’s resume (documented on an ISRF) counts toward seeding (being a two-time champ doesn’t matter, with the exception of how it may influence coaches when they complete their ranking sheets). Four one-loss conference champs in the bracket. Brooks is behind #1 Keckeisen* because Keckeisen beat a common opponent (#5 Coleman) twice, while Brooks lost to the #5. Hidlay, whose only loss is to the #1 (with whom he split two bouts), is probably ahead of Brooks at the #2 due to more bouts & Brooks’ lack of RPI. #4 Munoz’ loss is a one-pointer to #13 (Pinto, Nebraska). Even without a computer, using seven weighted criteria, the top four make perfect sense & would probably have been seeded the same if the old-school seeding meeting method was honestly applied.
