    I would say since his return, Roger Reina has produced positive results in a short amount of time. He has pretty good team balance to produce pretty decent dual results. What he needs is a couple of can't miss head bangers that will produce AA results that will start the success cycle that brings in a steady stream of blue chippers coming towards Philly. D3
