An EXCELLENT movie documentary on how he managed wrestling after having a detached retina. Which happened towards the end of January of the dual season, prior to the post season during his RS frosh year. 3X EIWA champ... 3X AA going 2,2,3... If he didn't have the detached retina happening then, Jon would 've most likely been a 4X AA, let alone a possible 4X EIWA champ. He was that good. D3

Just my plea, that the Big Red put out their BEST lineup for this dual. Do it for the fans... do it for the pride... JUST DO IT! D3

fishbane sez... The only other time I can think of a PSU wrestler missing a big match this season was in the Lehigh dual where Brooks didn't wrestle Michael Beard. At the time some people speculated Brooks skipped because he was wrestling in Senior Nationals/Olympic Trials Qualifier a week or so after that and focusing on freestyle. That ultimately didn't happen (Brooks didn't enter Senior Nationals) and I don't recall any alternative explanations like injury. I don't think the too many feels angle would be relevant for Beard, since being a former teammate, he likely wasn't lacking feels. So... you are sayin' that no one here is copping a feel ? D3

Just a little off topic here... BUT, I figured that I tried to FIND a fish picture... Wearing a mask like Bane... But the best I could find was this: I tried fishbane... but the results were too far and between them all (not much.) D3
