  1. then you should mind taking a short quiz: What's your favorite color?
  2. Was planning to go to Scuffle this weekend. Appeared great team & individual matchups (eg 1, 2 & 3 @165lb). But looking at Midlands and now similar ISU & Vtech thing at Scuffle appears it may just be a 3 team intrasquad tourney. It used to be you didn't have to think about whether to go to Midlands, you just booked your hotel and showed up because you knew there was going to be great team & individual competition, the best teams showed up to win, same at Scuffle except warmer temps. Also National Duals was always the best, the top teams showed up plus got to see a few backups in the early rounds. Now its why even have holiday tournaments, maybe just let the kids go home and eat. It used to be one of the points of the semester break tourneys is fans could also show up. T&C killed the Duals, now the holiday break tournaments are slowly dying. Maybe we need to put Bob in charge, he knows about dying but also about how to bring things back to life.
  3. wasn't it more of a hip chip
  4. National Duals? I thought Tommie & Carl killed that. But sure prob makes sense with that journey man event, just that Flo seemed to be expecting them. Maybe Flo doesn't know whats going on. Perhaps everyone should just stay home and do an intersquad like Iowa, would save the fans a bunch of money they could use to say go to Spring baseball camp games.
  5. Report now is Iowa St will not be bring their best ducks er wrestlers to Scuffle. Tis the season:
  6. Tom really fired up the rocket ship for this one.
  7. I hear the drive to Schaumburg is worth it whether you get to watch wrestling or not.
  8. What if you filter for all years ending in 7?
  9. Thats unfortunate but hopefully finals will be on youtube.
  10. 11. Hey ... I'm just along for the ride with @Formally140
  12. But did you ever weigh in at 115? Yeah thats what I thought.
  13. No one wants to drive all the way up to Nortwestern only to find out they've gotta drive all the way out to Schaumburg. Scuffle is going to be very good this year, look at 165 for example, think its supposed to be mid 60s there as well. It doesn't make sense for all the best teams to be at one tournament and have to face each other 4 times during the season. But it does seem odd that the top two teams are hiding out in IA and PA this weekend.
  14. I'm in the same boat, sometimes post prior to other event, work, travel, find out 30 min/couple hours latter that put too many Os in Boob's name, but he is a 15 min guy.
  15. nope ... should've thought about that 15 min ago ... Bob's got better things to do with his eternity than deal with folks who can't type & spell.
  16. ahh ... so is Schaumburg in Iowa
  17. Wait ... it used to be in Seattle?
  18. yeah whi worry but spilling if bug bub don't kare whi shoould wee
