Pretty sure there's actually no chance you are getting into Oklahoma State. I'll bet you two bottles of that most excellent bourbon you were drinking last weekend.
There's a bit more to the story than simple acceptance rates. Looking at the numbers it shows what we'd expect - universities that we expect are better academically appear to be harder to get into. But it also indicates something else - universities that are in more populated states have larger application numbers and thus lower acceptance rates. The answer is probably some of both.
If only we knew someone good with data, tables & graphs who could put these data on a state population/per capita basis.
Well it would never happen, no amount of technical skill could overcome the speed and strength issue. Are you away that the US Women's National soccer team (World Cup champion caliber) lost to a U15 boys team?
Because Bono won't sign off on it.
If Asken really wants to be a head coach OU would be the perfect opportunity. Go down there and prove you can turn it around and then you are ready to take over Mizzu or Wisky when available. Most though think he's not head couch material and wouldn't work out in the university system.
I'm beginning to think this sibling family thing of moving with the college wrestler is perhaps not a good thing. We didn't move to the city where our kids went to college. College is about growing up, independence and getting away from you parents and learning to succeed (or fail) on your own.
Look at where Alvarez has been wrestling, report is the weight was not the issue. Who knows for sure, maybe Williams can get there but what I saw was a kid who doesn't yet have it. VV on the other hand has all the tools just needs to keep improving.
Guaranteed like catching a Fly on sticky paper!
Alvarez was brought in because they needed a 141 for one year. Young needed a RS but he also just had knee surgery.
