Is it just my imagination, or are teams building their schedules to include fewer and fewer tournaments? If so, why?

Maybe I'm just old and stubborn, but he's an embarrassment to the sport. I have two sons who wrestled and I would hate to have any kids, who look up to college wrestlers, see this happen at a meet. He doesn't represent the sport or any team well. If he acts this way because of steroids, get him help. If he acts this way just because he's an ass, get him out of college sports!

Is Steed healthy? He was injured in a match a few weeks ago and haven't heard any updates.

Josh Edmond of Mizzou wrestled at 149 lbs 2 years ago while Brock Mauller took a red shirt. Edmond was an NCAA qualifier that year as a freshman, wrestling up a weight. In 2023/24 Edmond will wrestle at 141 after redshirting himself last year. Looking forward to big things for Edmond. Very explosive!

I read the same rumor earlier today. He's in the process of visiting OU as I understand it.

Messenbrink has committed to Mizzou?

Steed looked really good in the early season matches (we saw publicly). So did Seltzer. Why wouldn't Hawks be the clear front runner at 84? I thought he improved tremendously over the course of the season? Re Seltzer, I thought he could have beaten out Brown if they needed to give up his redshirt season. Not suggesting they should have replaced Brown, just sharing opinion that the the weights being vacated are likely to be filled by new guys that appear as good, if not better. RELOADING FOR 24!

Mizzou looking good so far. Sole possession of 3rd and 6 in the qtrs. 3 in cons and only one completely out. It's early though. Lots of wrestling to come. Go Mizzou!

Maybe not a "major" upset, but I was excited to see 184 lb Colton Hawks Mizzou (#22) beat Gavin Kane UNC (#11). Final score was 6-2. Great win for Colton who has gotten better throughout this season. Go Mizzou!

For those watching on ESPN+, how the hell do you determine which of the multiple feeds are a specific mat. I'm doing a hunt and search effort that takes forever to fine the right mat.
