I know folks that voted for Biden. I don't know a single person that respects and likes Biden.

Fake news has been around since the beginning and the orange man woke up half the country to it in the 2010s. It is not okay for news organizations like CNN and Fox News to lie and something ought to be done about it. This is a major issue, unlike the random guy posting random stuff.

Not guilty. The New Jersey All-Century (2001-2012) Team forum topic covers the years 2001 through 2012. Ban's comment below did not specify the exact years. Ban's next question about how many AAs in recent years indicates (to me) that his previous statement referred to something other than the most recent years. Coach Penrith coached from 2001 to 2010. It is unclear from Ban's statement which 10 years he refers to. Logically, he could refer to coach Penrith's tenure. Bob Dole infers that the 10 years must be the last 10 years from 2003 to 2012 by stating 'Actually it is only 9 AAs in the past 10 years chief.' and listing AA during those years. Ban says it's 14 AAs, which is correct for 2001 to 2010. Ban does not correct Bob Dole that he is referring to 2001 to 2010 or Penrith tenure but his rebuttal implies he agrees to the 2003 to 2012 range. Bob calls out 'in the last 10 years' when attempting to accept the bet, as if an attempt to confirm the time period. Ban does not agree to this and immediately corrects the 10-year time period. There is no two-way agreement and therefore no bet.

Republicans emphasize individualism and self-reliance, which aligns with the mindset of wrestlers who know that their success results from their own dedication and effort. value their autonomy and limited government intervention, which could explain why wrestlers are frustrated when referees inject themselves into the match. have traditional values on family and religion, hence the 'praise god' comments in wrestler post-match interviews. choose to be charitable, which explains why coaches volunteer their time without or for little pay in the community Democrats advocate for social welfare programs, which aligns with the value of support systems. Wrestlers know their success depends on access to training facilities, health care, training partners, and coaches. is big on teamwork and collaboration, which explains why a team score is kept in addition to individual scores. values inclusivity and wrestling is open to people of all backgrounds.

Poverty is when you don't have enough (money) to take care of your needs. Now, you can define poverty as whatever you want... so what's your definition? If you can define it well enough, perhaps the solution will be self-evident on how to address it. -

Why don't you define it for me and I'll confirm. -

Go deeper. If I lose every dollar, I will not choose violence. Why is that? -

It is complex. Generally speaking, Marcus was correct that 'poverty is the mother of crime' and Martin was correct that 'The time has come for an all-out world war against poverty' and 'The rich nations must use their vast resources of wealth to develop the underdeveloped, school the unschooled, and feed the unfed.' More specifically, what is the correlation between violent crime and poverty? Why is there a 10x difference in violent crime across social groups in poverty? Is 'soft on violent crime' acceptable? ***duck duck goose** no. How is the city, state, and federal government going to address this? Hint: it is not through deflection and excuses. Any sane person would say 'We have a problem with violence in the city; let's fix it.' Let's start by hard-policing these bad blocks (now) while addressing the culture and opportunities (40 years). We'll have support from the state and the Fed.
