  1. Payam Zarrinpour finished 7th in 2007 at 285 to become Sacred Hearts' first, and so far, only AA. Unseeded he upset 10 seed Cody Parker (Cal Poly-SLO) in the first round 12-3. Next he took out 7 seed Matt Fields of Iowa before succumbing in the quarterfinals to Penn State's 2 seed and eventual runner-up, Aaron Anspach. In the blood round he knocked off Iowa State's Dave Zabriskie 9-6. After Zarrinpour lost 7-4 to Wade Sauer of Cal State-Fullerton he finished his run with an 11-8 victory over Bloomsburg's Mike Spaid.
  2. Happy Thanksgiving. I am thankful to be able to spew a bunch of crap on this board.
  3. You are doing the Lord's work here, @gimpeltf
  4. I like the direction this is going. When I first read that there was a time when the ref decided the winner I thought, "wait, is this ice dancing? Or wrestling?" Now I am getting more curious about the history of the RD amd SRD. In the Kemp situation was the reasoning that Kemp had plenty more time to win more, so lets give it to the other guy? What caused the rule change away from RDs? Was there a precipitating event or was it a long period of discontent and discussion? Who can answer my questions?
  5. The conclusion you have jumped to is incorrect on two fronts. No red line when typing on my phone. And no red line when the wrong word is spelled correctly. Perhaps your boogie man, Sanderson, is to blame for that too.
  6. When logic fails go with spelling. It is a winner every time.
  7. Following the examples of others. The PSU fans did not set the presedence, but when all you have is a PSU hammer you only see PSU nails. Round out your arguments. Try playing a second note.
  8. Your need to be the ballast to every PSU fan, all the time, makes it hard to take you seriously.
