    Gotcha, I totally forgot about Walter’s. I remember they said he was between HWT and 97. Maybe he is at HWT and eventually will duke it out with Sanko when he is done with his redshirt.

    I wonder what happens with Jude Correa, he was committed to Michigan and is projected to Heavyweight. Does he intend to go 197 now? That must mean De’Alcapon Veazy, who is also committed to Michigan who is from Ponderosa, is going 184? I thought Veazy was projected at 197. Does this mean one of the decommits? Or 184 - Veazy , 197 - Correa, HWT - Sanko ? Or does one flip their commitment?

    lol.. read the whole post. I also spoke about him maybe using a medical redshirt. Willie is definitely in the known and has those connections that I certainly don’t. I was just curious to see if he had any thoughts on that matter as well, since he’s the brain. He may know that may be something the staff and Block is discussing, idk

    Does he use last year as a medical redshirt and use this year as a red shirt? On the Hawkeye Report someone, MultiHawk (seems like he is tight with the program; but idk) was saying that Block is around 150 and has the intention of wrestling 141 this year. What are your thoughts ? @Husker_Du

    Any update on Cannon? @Husker_Du A lot of people were alluding that Cannon would go back to Northwestern but I’m still intrigued where he will land. Plus will he be up at 141 or stay at 131? I know he has been battling lingering injuries. I have also heard that Amine has visited VTech, going to Visit ISU, and that he was interested in Rutgers? Any more updates on him as well?

    I’m surprised that Purdue didn’t make his final 2. But wish the best for those 2 young men! Really wish Iowa did better at recruiting. They need to be like tOSU and have a recruiter coordinator. @Husker_Du talk with Morningstar and let’s get this rolling lol

    With Mason Gibson de-committing from Penn St., what teams are currently after him? All I’ve heard was Rutgers; but surely with his pedigree/resume he should have a lot more people after him. Is he only considering schools near to home or would he consider all his options? Also, what schools are currently recruiting him now? I know he was on his official last week at RU. It would be crazy for schools not to go after him and build that connection with Bishop McCort.

    @Husker_Du wasn’t Flynn close with Dan Dennis? Wasn’t he training with him in his final year(s) of HS? It would be a shocker if Iowa didn’t flirt with the idea of going after Flynn. This would allow for Drake to eat and move up, unless the plan is for Drake to stay at 125. Or are they waiting for another 125/133 to hit the portal? Or is Iowa not as interested hitting the portal for lighter weights? I could Also see schools as Iowa State/Michigan going after him.

    Is it a done thing for Mason to go to Rutgers? It would be crazy for Schools not to go after him and recruit him. I believe his ceiling is high.

    I’m assuming he’s going to Okie St., I’d be surprised if I’m wrong (hoping I am wrong but I do believe he’s a heavy OKie St. lean because of Daniel Cormier connections). He’s legit a stud!! Definitely believe he will be a multi NCAA champ.

    Yeah I thought the same thing; but I have always heard that Stanford was the front runner in his recruitment process. Also, I can see Oregon State and Oklahoma St. in the mix due to Daniel Cormier connections. I think he’ll be a perfect fit and his brother will be a perfect fit in the lineup; but I don’t know how much of a front runner we are.

    Any updates on Kyler Larkin and Cody Merrill? I believe those are the last major big boarders left. Are there any insight on their lists and schools? All that I know is the obvious, which is ASU is in the mix for Larkin @Husker_Du

    Will there be any live streams for wrestle-offs? Recently many programs have been live-streaming their wrestle offs on YouTube or their facebooks. The only one that I know that will be streamed will be Iowa State and that will be on Rokfin. Hopefully we have some livestreams!!

    I wonder what recruits will follow him, open up their recruitment, or stay. Man, they had some hammers come in and some future ones that Koll recruited. Very interesting to say the least! But congrats to Koll!

    I would be surprised if Cody Merrill ended up there since ASU landed Nicholas Sahakian (high on the 2025 big board) who is projected at HWT. It wouldn’t hurt to have 2 heavyweight prospects? Also, Willie would always say that Cody Merrill is a Stanford lean; but they landed Carter Neves who is a stud projected at HWT. So idk, who knows. Whoever lands Merrill will land a stud, he is one of the best HWT prospects, I bet he will win a NCAA title sometime in his collegiate career!

    What happened to Joey Milano? I thought he transferred there in the summer? I didn’t see Erslqnd speak about him and they don’t have the Purdue article about him transferring anymore?
