    Not sure he qualifies as all time but for me Angel Escobedo was a heel. He had one special grab you by the ankle deal but acted like gods gift to wrestling. Maybe it’s just an all time annoying wrestler or move and not a heel. What do I know

    UMD Hard to go anywhere but up from where they were 3 years ago win against Pitt last year was big won their first big ten dual in a decade last year Very young team. Several qualified for nationals last year. Likely all American this year (Jaxon) and two or three more who have a shot recruited a California state champ. That can’t be easy. Arrows pointing up!     Sure but kinda my point. Tall people tend to do other sports like baseball, basketball, and football while wrestlers in general are kind of on the short side. like even at 5’8 or 5’9 it’s not like brooks has to beat a bunch of 6’2+ guys. He may face a couple an inch or two bigger at the ncaa tourney which won’t be a problem for him at all just my opinion

    Do any of them have any significant injuries from the off-season that will keep them off the mat for a while? That will be the one with the toughest test. It won’t be any opponents but his own self confidence didn’t Star have some sort of knee injury?

    Aren’t wrestlers basically short in general? The year AJ won the title, like a few weeks later they had him out at some OSU baseball game doing his flexing thing and celebrating with the team and he looked shorter than every single baseball player on the team. I think they put one thing in the program but in reality they are much shorter .02

    Well yea but either myles Martin or Bo could win ncaa tourney at 184 next year too. I get it, would be tough to deal with a monster like hidlay but I think he would win the match. I just don’t want to watch it. I also think nobody cares what I think and duh yea he will probably be 174 next year.

    IMO, Starocci can win 184 and maintain whatever weight he wants for OTT I assume that is what they will do to get another hammer in the middle of the lineup somewhere.
