Who’s standing in the way of Hamiti winning a NC at 165 next season? Mesenbrink or Haines? Caliendo? Ramirez?
O’toole and Starocci going 174 next season?
Starocci’s comments clearly demonstrate his immaturity and the fact that he’s a classless individual. I feel sorry for him. Wonder what Cael thinks of this?
KOT undefeated
MM undefeated
Carr 1 close loss to Ramirez
Hamiti 1 loss to Olejnik
Ramirez losses to Olejnik and ???
Olejnik losses to Caliendo and 3 others
Is there a site that shows W/L for the season by wrestler?
Who gets the Hodge if Mesenbrink beats KOT or Carr in the finals, Hidlay beats AB in the finals, and Starocci medically forfeits out of the tournament?
When updated rankings come out this week, MM should be #2 in my opinion. Undefeated. Beat up on Caliendo…who just beat Olejnik (Caliendo looked sharp). No one has really been close with him. Not sure why Intermat has him still at #6. Can’t wait for 165 at NCAA’s…should be most exciting bracket this year.
On a side note, the other guy getting no respect in the rankings is Glazier…he’s like 21-1 with AB being his only loss, and he’s not even ranked inside the top 10.
Good list.
Kasak has filled in nicely for SVN so far. And Lemley looked great against Woods.
I guess if Ben Keuter’s red shirt gets pulled, he would be on this list as well.
So if Crookham is for real, what becomes of McGonagle? Lehigh has Luke Stanich at 125 and Malyke Hines at 141. So it’s not likely that McGonagle fits into the lineup anywhere. Does he transfer? Who needs a 133?
I appreciate all the replies. Makes sense now at 61, 92 and 125.
Who does qualify to wrestle in the WTT tournament at these weights? Can guys that wrestled but didn’t win the US Open at these weights wrestle the WTT (almost like a 2nd chance to still make the world team)?
Must not be looking in the right spot, but can’t find a list of the Final X matchups anywhere online. So it looks like the following:
57 - Gilman vs Richards
61 - Fix??? vs Vito
65 - Yianni vs Nick Lee
70 - Zain vs Berger
74 - Dake vs Nolf
79 - JB vs Chance
86 - DT vs Brooks
92 - Cox??? vs Macchiavello
97 - Snyder vs Cox???
125 - Zilmer??? vs Gable
So how’s the J’Den Cox situation work out? And who are the incumbent World Team members at 61kg and 125kg?
Good point, but Ruth wrestled 74 and 84 which is currently manned by Starocci and Brooks, who will both likely become 4xer’s after this upcoming season. Assuming both win their 4th title (which was my assumption when I created my all-time lineup), how can you leave either one off to include a 3xer?
