Terrell Barraclough comes to mind. And there's a guy ranked (by WS) ahead of Cannon at 141 lbs - that being Isaiah Powe. And there's Nitzel at 285 lbs (formerly of Missouri). But overall the transfer portal this year is pretty abysmal.

Belton has been at 141 lbs for the last THREE seasons.

He wrestled his former teammate at ASU in the championship match (Jesse Vasquez). It was a close match most of the way but Vasquez won it and to say that Belton's action were classless, at and after the end of the match, would be an understatement. He embarrassed himself and his team. There is clearly "bad blood" between the two of them. They've wrestled competitively twice (that I know of) and Vasquez has won both matches. If he is in fact - again - in the transfer portal - which appears to be the case - you have to wonder where he ends up. But after his disgraceful antics in the championship match at the PAC 12 tournament this year I have to wonder who would be interested. It also leaves Oregon State S.O.L. at 141 lbs.

I think where Parco ends up will be decided by ONE factor and ONE factor only- that being where he will get the best N.I.L. deal. So assuming that deal will come from Oklahoma State is premature at best. I saw yesterday where a group of 5 basketball player signed to play for U.S.C. with a N.I.L. deal worth $500,000.

With Teemer - apparently - moving up to 165 lbs I would think that Larkin or Ramos would be moving up to 157 lbs. My money would be on Ramos moving up. The answer to your first question is yes but as has already been mentioned it is complicated and it depends on how long you have been in the academy. Since Hendrickson has been in for four years I would think he would be eligible to transfer elsewhere but as has also already been mentioned he is done with college wrestling. He will likely graduate from the Air Force academy and serve in the Air Force.

Your title here is simply false. The four remaining PAC 12 wrestling programs - as Ken Chertow said in his introductory statement at the 2024 PAC 12 tournament - will return as the PAC 12 wrestling programs for the next two years. That being Oregon State, Little Rock, Cal Poly and Cal State Bakersfield. They are allowed to operate with less than six schools for that two year period. The two remaining actual PAC 12 schools, i.e., Oregon State and Washington State have worked out the details (for the most part) of a merger with the Mountain West and will retain the PAC 12 name. The Mountain West has two wrestling schools in Air Force and Wyoming. A merger of the two conferences would mean a PAC 12 Conference with six wrestling programs, i.e., the minimum number needed for NCAA tournament allocations. That being of course Oregon State, Little Rock, Cal Poly, Cal State Bakersfield, Air Force and Wyoming. Other options would be inviting schools such as Cal Baptist, Utah Valley and Northern Colorado to join as well.
