  1. There were no “fake electors.” There were alternate, or second sets of electors. They are not illegal, but in fact, necessary in contested elections. For a history of their use, study the 1876 and 1960 elections. In both cases second sets of electors were presented, and had they not been, the eventual winner would have forfeited his election.
  2. Voting is a privilege of citizenship, not to be endowed upon interlopers and stowaways, and deserves more consideration than a trip to the 7-11. Making it easier is unlikely to improve the quality. If you can’t get an id, and can’t put a little effort on one day every couple of years, voting is not important to you.
  3. According to a couple of scholars “it’s not the STEM” “it’s not the physics” majors and professors.
  4. Are you saying that a foreign visitor or someone here illegally who pays sales tax on a candy bar should be allowed to vote in our election? Different taxes have different purposes. Here, sales tax goes to pay for city, county, and state operations. Car tags go to schools. Gas goes to highways. Property taxes go to local governments, much of it to schools. Payroll taxes go to SS and medicare. Income taxes go to the state and federal government. If you don’t pay federal income tax, how can you claim the right to vote in elections for federal officers? Totally unnecessary. If voting isn’t important enough for you to make the effort to overcome your inconvenience, then it’s not important to you. There’s nothing wrong with that.
  5. We could, and we will, if we ever get serious about the security of our country.
  6. France uses paper ballots and knows the results by the next morning.
  7. It is not wise to use your SS number anywhere, someone might copy it.
  8. Those amendments do not give the right to vote to anyone, they merely give reasons for which the right to vote cannot be denied. You cannot find a sentence in the Constitution that says anyone has the right to vote.
  9. Wrong. There is no constitutional right to vote for anyone.
  10. Not for urban warfare, like where hamas hides. The numbers for our military in urban warfare has been estimated at around 4-1.
  11. They are not. Most all the schools have rules, and in some cases laws, against camping and have designated areas and hours for protesting.
  12. From the beginning, when you claimed that the IDF had bombed the al elsie hospital, killing 500 innocents, you’ve repeatedly posted lies about Jews while barely mentioning the depravity of Palestinians. Palestinians, ‘civilians’ who rallied, helped, joined in, partied, celebrated, and condone what Hamas did. Find one of these ‘innocent civilians’ you speak of. In Gaza, where the war is, not among the elitist, designer keffiyeh wearing, studies majors on the ivory’s lawn, but in Gaza, where the killers are. With regards to limiting collateral damage, it has already been pointed out that they’ve achieved the lowest rate in history, accomplishing it among the most militant population in the world. But you cling to a version of your own at the peril of your credibility. The police are involved because the mushbrains are breaking rules and laws. Is obeying rules and laws the behavior you expect of your friends, and they of you? And spare us the Fareed Zakaria, we’ve already heard the script.
  13. No sir, these folks are lying and distorting the truth. I read an article that said a couple of inputs were derogatory but most found no issue or variance with Israel’s claims. It’s most egregious that you claim some level of fairness saying both sides are wrong, but Israel is somehow the worst. You claim that it’s genocide, that the IDF is killing 20 ‘civilians’ to get one terrorist, but the analysts say that the number of ‘civilian’ deaths are below 2-1. That’s the lowest known number of civilian casualties in history for urban warfare. It’s less accurate because 75% of those ‘civilians’ fully support what happened on October 7th, and want Hamas to continue killing Jews, while a large number of ‘civilians’ participated in October 7th and the mistreatment of hostages afterwards. So your malicious exaggeration and feigned objectivity make your antisemitism evident to anyone with a room temperature IQ. As for the protesters, there are some well paid instigators leading some well heeled skulls full of mush, aided by incompetent, elitist faculty, towards self destruction.
  14. There are elements of irrelevance here. Hezbollah has a significant presence there, and are afforded much latitude as long as they don’t attract too much of Israel’s ire. Then they lose their popularity and privilege, but don’t really suffer much consequence over that brought by Israelis. There is also some evidence that intelligence has been passed out of Lebanon that aided in attacks on U.S. military installations. That military guys can relax and socialize is nothing new, even if they’re enemies. There’s probably nothing that’ll take the fight out of you like the military.
  15. I include Lebanon (hezbala) as Iran proxies. Egypt doesn’t want the trouble that follows the Palestinians wherever they go. Syria and Jordan cooperated in Israel’s hit on Iran. Saudi Arabia is still wanting to normalize relations with Israel. Biden policies are absolutely stunning.
  16. As I posted on another thread, it’s rumored that he once said he had half a mind to run for president.
  17. We are, and have been funding Hamas. There’s little, if any, difference between Palestinian and Hamas. There are a few muslim countries paying lip service to the war, but other than Iran and their proxies, most silently support Israel. Not recognizing the college students as funded and led by those same instigators is a bad look. The old lady in the video looked smarter than that, but alas, she wasn’t.
  18. If it’s true that Joe Biden once said “I have half a mind to run for president.” people should have believed him.
  19. Biden Admin Expands Paths to Muslim Refugees with USCIS Announcement "Opening these field offices establishes a USCIS presence and expertise in critical locations in the Middle East and is part of our commitment to the Biden-Harris administration's efforts to facilitate safe, lawful, and orderly migration and family reunification. Our presence in Qatar and Turkey expands USCIS' footprint outside the United States, supports our humanitarian mission, and strengthens the integrity of the U.S. immigration system." Under Biden, U.S. immigration policy seems more concentrated on making it orderly and easy than lawful and safe. In his May 2023 press conference, Mayorkas clarified current immigration policy, which focuses on "lawful, safe, and orderly pathways" for migration to the U.S. The reality is that this administration has made it much easier to come here and stay. It is also likely that this administration seeks to minimize or hide the numbers entering illegally by structuring its policies so that it can cleverly claim more pathways as "legal." One such example is the expansion of humanitarian parole supported by this administration. The way asylum law is interpreted under Biden's humanitarian parole programs is unprecedented and, arguably, nearly completely lawless. https://www.uncoverdc.com/2024/04/25/biden-admin-expands-paths-to-muslim-refugees-with-uscis-announcement
  20. And just decided to pop out a few jihadis while they’re there. Yeah, right.
