I’m curious to see how Minnesota handles Brenner, Sparks, Whiting, McEnelly, Salazar, Nelson and Nagel at 165-197. Nice mix of high ranked young recruits and longer tenured guys there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I’ve said all along I feel like Pat Kennedy would rather chew his own arm off than wrestle for anyone other than Iowa, even if he’s riding the bench. HOWEVER, if he were to transfer there’s no way it’s not to SDSU imo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Iowas lineup there’s a lot hinging on whether or not one of Caliendo or Kennedy can make 157. If neither can and one of those guys is on the bench it diminishes their point potential quite a bit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I don’t have any data to go along with this theory but I have a strong feeling that Cael Hughes is going to find himself in the title conversation early. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You’ve been adamant that you believe Minnesota has no chance. With our track record at HWT, I’m surprised by that opinion tbh. He’d have good partners, coaching, and NIL here. I don’t think they’re the favorite, but one of his three visits for a reason. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Wyatt Hendrickson posted that he visited Michigan and will not take a 4th visit. He will decide between Michigan, Oklahoma State and Minnesota. My money is on Okie State. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This makes sense. I am curious though, to maintain eligibility after those two years, he had to have used two redshirts. Regular and Olympic. Does using those redshirts count as not competing? When a guy redshirts, do they have to redshirt tied to a specific team? Now I’m not even asking about Gable specifically, just in general. Being a compliance person for the NCAA would be a nightmare lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If by out of luck you mean he needs to wrestle for the gophers or no one at all, we have different definitions of the term [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
