The Collegiate duals counted as 1 event. Meaning it only cost freshmen 1 of 5. Lotta layers to this new rule. -
It was stated on penn state wrestling radio that Bearclaw was a little dinged up for the duels. Not sure if the Bearclaw injury was the reason Levi wrestled or if it was because it was Levi's last chance to wrestle attached and still be able to redshirt.

The secret sauce is Cael! The reason why? I can't say for sure. Penn State wrestlers speak of FUN and being grateful to God. I'd say that's the start of the secret sauce.

I agree! I personally think that OSU's best lineup has Voin at 49 G at 57 and Sheets at 65. Yes I believe Smith is the reason for all the weight cutting.

I'm hearing that Gfella is moving down to 49 and Sheets going to 57. Sounds like Voinovich will be a backup when these moves happen.
