Not sure if you are talking about websites or individuals.  Youtube has thousands of matches anyone can watch for free.  Flo seems to have a very thorough archive for recent years which also includes youth wrestling (high school and even younger)

I don’t believe FloWrestling has the 1937-2022 NCAAs or the 1960-2021 Olympics or the 2000-2022 Ivan Yarygin or the 2000-2022 Russian Nationals
