Truzzcat Posted May 13 Share Posted May 13 With the talks of who David will bring into the RTC, and the mention of Hidlay, PSU guys, Gable, Alirez etc... would it make more sense to punt the next year or two for worlds and go all in on one of Gable or Alirez and then Bassett and Forrest with already having Lockett. you can never Guarantee an Olympic or world team member, but I think that puts you in a position where you have three guys that will have a good shot at the 2028 and 2032 teams, and not to mention guys that could win multiple NCAA titles. You also have Cody Merrill who I know has not competed as much as a lot of the super hyped talent, but he beat Cole Mirasola 10-0 at Fargo last summer and it was not just a takedown to a lace.
