New Iowa Wrestling Room

Recommended Posts

That's awesome.  I'm still perplexed why they chose not to include any windows, but no matter.

Anyone know what will happen to the old wrestling space?

There are windows on the side with the seating right?  But looks like not exterior windows

Idiotic move by Iowa, wasted millions of dollars that they could've used elsehwere because they wanted the facility to be connected to carver.  Could've had a nicer facility, with windows if they would've just built it in a different area.  Who cares that a tunnel takes you to Carver!

No group think here... Everyone has independently thought a wrestling room is terrible if it doesn't have natural light and the same facility would be better if it had windows.  Always the number one thing you hear when talking about a facility, "whats the window situation"

Thank goodness Cael, JB, John Smith, etc.  all lifted and trained in naturally lit buildings that led to their gold medals success....

Be careful, you might trigger some people by going against the grain here...

The current OSU room (since GIA was renovated) is upstairs with open plan and windows overlooking the football stadium.  But nah ... John trained in the basement prior renovation.

That wresting facility is cool. I don’t understand why windows are the number 1 priority on this forum.

Because it is something to bitch about.

Is it true the next version of Tesla self driving cars will not have windows just so owners have something to batch about?  🤷‍♀️

Is it true the Iowa wrestling room has a self driving mode?

Drowning in data, but thirsting for knowledge

Don't know about that but heard a Ford Focus crashed in their new weight room.

If TNT somehow thread that needle and pull this off, they may be coaches of the decade.

I will take the under, but I am all in on this roller coaster ride.

If all 3 are there Netflix needs to jump on this and start the documentary in September.
