Perhaps he was comfortable at 315 that particular day. Some middle weight guys at the gym put that up all day long like it was nothing. Yeah 425 while being a wrestler would be… unnatural… to put it lightly. These guys are obviously jacked but they’re not hitting that much while having such insane cardio.
